KFC — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I went to the kfc at 325 Boston ave Bridgeport CT to pick up my order on 7/16/24 at 3pm. While I was waiting for my online order the lady in the black and white shirt dropped the box off food on the floor after packing it. She then put it on the counter top to sit for a minute. A guy in a white shirt came over and asked me if I would like to place an order I told him I have an online order. He then walked over to the packing station and started to pack the food that dropped on the floor in the bag. I then told him I did not want that. The lady in the black and white shirt came around yelling saying I don’t have to talk to him like that. I wasn’t rude she was wrong and the food should have been thrown in the garbage after hitting the dirty disgusting floor that they walk on all day. That was very nasty, unprofessional disgusting and careless. It goes to show that this is something that is done on a daily basis. They all should be demoted and get training on how to deal with customers. The Jamaican lady in the black and white shirt was disgusting. Her attitude was uncalled for after dropping the food on the floor. This place is nasty make sure you are there to see them packing your orders them might spit in them if you are rude. Literally won't help u after lookin at u the managers don't help they walk around eating gettin drinks over and over while u wait to get help then have ur food sitting there gettin cold will not replace and server u cold overcooked chicken and then never have anything ready tell u we don't have anymore or it'll be 15 min wait and shrug they shoulders like o well never been this disrespected ever bad part is this happening to alot of people and 3 times to me in one week I just stopped goin if they don't want they jib they shouldn't work there one day someone isn't gonna be as nice as I was thats horrible the world we live in can't even get food that u paid for without attitude from a young girl in high-school smh honestly should hire all new people or just close it down Cause people are wasting they money here pointless dry old food or don't even have any 2 hrs before they close talkin bout we not cooking anymore lol...

I came to get two 10 piece meals with no white meat and was told by an employee that there was no more legs and thighs and that they had no cook for the rest of the evening and this was 720pm on a thrusday and in disbelief I asked what else do they have crispy chicken, tenders, etc and they mentioned there's nothing but sides smh i don't understand what type of chicken business doesn't chicken and everybody knows how to make chicken like the Chinese restaurant do they could have went across the street to price rite and get a couple of bags and make it happen period (keep the hustle real and money pushing) horrible customer service and it seems like profit won't be made but it definitely will be talked about as to Don't bother go across the street to crown chicken or Popeyes maybe better planning and strategies need to take place for future service good luck i...
