The night/early morning shift here sucks. If you are on your way to work or taking your half-hour break dont come here. The drive-thru people take whatever lane of cars they feel like no matter who got there first. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. i waited 10 minutes for them to take the order of the car in front of me and then another 10 minutes because the guy was only taking orders from the right side lane. I waited 20 minutes for nothing. Wish I could rob McDonald's workers out of their lunch break hell McDonald's needs to start paying me for missed meals this place is ridiculous save time and drive down the road to the Fairfield circle location don't stop here.. when I got tired of waiting I drove to the window just for a coffee since I no longer had time to eat but the manager didn't even want to take my order she said I'm taking orders from that lane now of course after 20 minutes of waiting. When I was the only car in the left lane after the person in front of me and they decided to take the order of 3 other people that arrived after me in the right lane. Love how they play with their ideal time as well by having people park in a number spot. When told to move up to wait for your order start saying no so corporate will get on their a22 about serving time. Don't help them out on their numbers to look good these people don't give 2 f's about their customers why help them out show corporate how slow they are YOU DONT HAVE TO MOVE UP AT ALL ITS A LIE TO HIDE HOW SLOW THEY ARE AND INCONSISTENT... WHEN YOU MOVE UP THAT'S 10 MINUTES THAT CORPORATE DOSNT SEE THAT YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE THERE WAITING BECAUSE IT MARKS IT AS NO CAR IS THERE WAITING. SO OF COURSE THEY CAN TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME AND NOT GET INTO TROUBLE OVER IT. THIS IS WHY MCDONALD'S HAS ADOPTED 2 WINDOWS. Read moreSmall, clean. Not a very customer friendly location. Not a "take the kids in for a happy meal" place. Probably why there's 2 drive thru windows here, and maybe 10 tables inside. Staff is rude. Every single employee is Hispanic, and I would NEVER mention that, if (as a daily Hispanic customer) I notice the difference in attitude with Hispanics, being far more personable than with black or white. That attitude is reflected in the service that's provided. The only place I ever saw that when a customer goes for a free coffee refill, they take your receipt and actually count on their fingers to see if your beyond their "rule" (must be unwritten or whimsical) of beyond 30 minutes or more than 1 refill. I've gone up for a refill once each time there, and was turned away several times for being 2,4,6 minutes "late". Food is fresh depending on the time of day. Coffee as well. Service is slow. Staff ignores customers requests for small things in between meals (straw, napkin, a sugar, etc). It's obvious they just want to be concerned with drive thru customers only. And this new self service thing going on is a farce. If you use it, you still have to go to the register and wait behind those that just walked in and went to the same 1 register they leave open. Read moreLemme start with this: take a lil more time to go to the McDonald’s on POST ROAD in FAIRFIELD or the one on PARK AVE. Much better quality and service. I avoid this McDonald’s like it’s the plague but I decided to go in their today, just for grilled chicken and a side salad. Like how could you mess that up?
End up messing that up, cuz I wanted it separate. Then I go and give it back cuz they squeezed everything into a lil container, that exploded in my bag. She rolls her eyes like it’s my fault. (manager) then I wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. Get that then look at the salad, and it looks like they scraped up the salad that had exploded in my bag before in to a new container, trying to pass it off as fresh. I would never serve that to some one. It looked gross. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before. Then I asked for a refund then she arguing with me about it,(manager) trying to intimidate me in to takin that dusty salad. Got my refund, then she proceeded to say “you must be miserable?”(manager still) My response. “ I really aint” but she sure must be.
