Absolute horrible experience with horrible staff! When the African American manager is there it runs great and smooth but today it was a Hispanic man and calling it a nightmare would put it lightly! Mobile order a simple happy meal took over an hour! Staff lied said they were having system issues but I watched the order on the app and then after their repeated lies it was sitting on the counter. Went in twice requested help was told it would be right out, called once was told it would be right out, talked to two people outside was told it would be right out. Requested the manager twice he never would come out or get on the phone. Finally they brought out the wrong thing after an hour and getting the order again. They lied repeatedly and tried to blame the system but it was on the screen, on the app and they were just refusing to fulfill orders on tons of people. The manager took no responsibility and offered no apology for anything. Finally left with cold food, watered down drink and half a wrong order. Read moreEvery single time I come to this location it always takes forever to get my order taken and receive food, even when there aren't many people. The people that work there are sluggish and act like they don't need to do their job or care about their customers. I have literally stood there and watched the cashiers just piddle paddle around while there are customers waiting at the register. Rarely is my food correct or even remotely fresh. I have received rock hard biscuits in the morning, and cold burgers with stale fries in the afternoon. Not to mention, if you tell them you don't want a topping on your burger they usually ignore that and put exactly what you just said you didn't want on there. I don't know if that is due to the cooks, or the cashiers not writing it down correctly. It's very aggravating to forget or not have the time to look at your food before you leave, just to make it all the home and have throw away something you spent money on, because it's not what you wanted. I love McDonalds and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to; if it wasn't so convenient and I didn't like McDonalds so much, I would never come to this...

After saying hello multiple times and assuming the lane wasn’t working, I drove up to drive thru window where I was immediately confronted by Angelica going off on me while I had my kids in the car on MOTHERS DAY! Saying that I was yelling and needed to wait longer. Then she proceeded to walk off and no one even offered to take my order. I then called to speak with a manager and Angelica answered the phone. Angelica proceeded to speak both English and Spanish to her manager, going off and completely lying about the situation. The manager was apologetic and informed me that she would take this to the store manager.
