Baldie's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bridgewater

Love this pizzeria! We live in Halifax and I am always willing to make the 15 -20 minute drive there to grab something delicious for dinner. The people that work there are always friendly and the food is spot on every time. BIG fans of the gold fever chicken calzones and pizza. Last night we ordered the buff chix calzone, a LOADED grilled chicken greek salad, onion rings, potato skins & mozzarella sticks. With any order over 40 you get a free medium cheese pizza with in my opinion is great because the kiddos get to have a whole pizza to themselves lol. Potato skins are a MUST.... this was the first time we ordered them there and I'm thinking they would be these little slices of potato with some toppings like most places... well... from now on I will order them EVERY TIME.. got home opened the box and they were these fairly large cups made from potatoes FILLED with ooey gooey cheese topped with bacon and more shredded cheese and a good size cup of sour cream (not some rinky dink cup that you normally get at other places ) we ordered the small and that came with 4 of the cups... MORE than enough for us.... I'm telling ya... if you love potato skins... get these you will not be...

I was referred by a co worker of how good their salads where, so i decided to order pick up. The young lady who answered the phone was welcoming and nice however when i arrived no one was at the counter. There was a curly head lady, who i was told was the owner, was sitting down eating her lunch. She seemed to have a look of disgust on her face when i walked in. (Idk maybe because of my "paint job") She did not greet me nor call for the young lady in the back to let her know a customer arrived. I eventually walked to the back to inform the young lady i was here to pick up. She was very polite and cashed me out. On the upside the food was great however the curly head lady should just stay home. She is bad for business and from.other reviews i can see she is just a nasty unhappy...

I’m a long time resident of Bridgewater. I’ve been ordering from Baldie’s for years. In the past four years or so they have been rather hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. I ordered a large cheese pizza, Medium meat lovers and a large order of buffalo chicken tenders. You can see that the “buffalo “ chicken tenders in the picture are simply just tenders with some sauce slathered on top. Not very appealing. I could’ve done that myself. The meat lovers pizza was also very inconsistent as far as crust to actual topping ratio. One side of the pizza had half crust half toppings and other side was more normal. Very lopsided.
