Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they somehow find a way to mess up my order EVER SINGLE TIME! Listen I’m 20 year old college student I get it. I understand not gaf about work or not putting in ur full effort I get that I been there too but for my order to be messed up every single time my fatass goes to McDonald’s is insane. Ive ordered here on DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber eats ( as if the app made a difference) and each time they all were wrong. I typically order a number 7 (large) with a Diet Coke. I’ve never received a Diet Coke when I’ve ordered from here. The only time I got Diet Coke was when I went thru the drive thru. I always get root beer. Every single time. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow the order and get the right drink. Genuinely makes me sad when I get excited for my Diet Coke ( I am a Diet Coke fanatic so it’s rlly important to me) and it’s ROOOT BEER. EVERY TIME. I ORDER. WHY? I’ve also gotten an Fanta from here and it also tasted like root beer? Like it was orange like Fanta but legit just taste like straight root beer. And then the food is not really good. Always tastes like it’s been out for a while, usually cold and the fries actually have no salt. Like today they had a hint of salt but like there’s barely anything. Tastes like they’ve been stepped on and cooled down. Like my fries right now I’m eating while I’m typing this are freezing cold with no salt. I also got a large fry and it’s not even half way full. Also if i do choose to get an extra lil sweet treat like I’ve done in the past, I usually ask for a McFlurry. They either forget and it never comes or they send me the opposite of what I asked for. I ordered a shamrock McFlurry (it was advertised I didn’t just make it up) and they sent me a regular Oreo. Other times I just never received it. Like at this point I think someone is just messing with me on purpose. I hate to write a bad review cuz I love McDonald’s but this store is like really bad and it’s the closest one to campus and I would like to be able enjoy going to McDonald’s while I’m trying to not fail all my classes in college. I’m sorry to be such a pain but it’s ridiculous that every single time I order it’s always wrong. Like I haven’t worked much in fast food I’ve worked retail and waitressing but I really don’t think it’s that difficult to get an order right. I’m disappointed u guys.

The food is average McDonalds except for the fries. The fries range from very good to very bad. When bad, it is usually the result of cooking oil that should have been replaced a long time ago. My major problem is the personnel. Like all establishments there are good employees and bad employees. This McDonalds has some good employees, but the percentage of losers that they hire is way too high. A semi-intelligent person does not ask if your ice cream cone is for here or to go. Many times I have gone to the inside order station to be ignored for over 4 minutes (really). At the end of my order I always say it is for here. Nine out of 10 times I am asked is my order for here or to go. I could go on and on. The incident that prompted this negative review occurred July 4th weekend. Two mornings in a row I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal with a small coke instead of a coffee. The first day I was charged $.19 for the difference in drinks; that's OK. The second day I was charged $.99 for the difference in drinks; that's not OK. When I questioned the price difference no attempt was made to find out why I was charged different amounts. An other employee, I believe it was a supervisor, stood by the original order takers judgement. When I got home I retrieved the old receipt and compared it to the receipt in question. The problem was obvious. I had been charged for a medium coke instead of a small coke. I had asked for the coke on the dollar menu and even made a comment about it not being a dollar anymore. The dollar amount of this last incident was small, but there comes a point when you need to speak up against poor service. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ 8/3/19: I still occasionally patronise this McDonalds. The 17 year old kid at the first window gave me no receipt told me all out of lemonade and smoothies. The next window the 15 year old looking girl told me to go F myself and never come back when I asked for a manager and she told me they were short staffed and the manager was on break and this 15 year old looking girl said she was clocked out and not even working. All while I’m at the window wondering why it’s taking 15+ minutes for my 2 cheese burger meal. So she refused to get me a manager to refund my order and told me to never come back. And the entire staff is on their phones this whole time. 0/100 stars didn’t seem like they could give a F about me or the 10 other cars that piled up in line while I was waiting 15mins for my 2 cheese burger meal. Girl at the last window just blamed it on the manager and the grill cook said she wasn’t even clocked in (in which case she shouldn’t be speaking with me). And told me to go F myself and never come back lol. I can appreciate having a young staff but these young adults need supervision clearly. F- for being a team oriented McDonald’s. 9/30/23: 3$ upcharge to add a mocha frappe to my quarter pounder meal and extra 1$ I’m fairly sure for the bacon on this quarter pounder with cheese and bacon; however there is no bacon present.
