The week prior to going into Prisco's, I called to place my order. When one of the staff quoted me the price of my order, I mentioned to her that it was a different price from what I had seen on their website. She put me on hold until the owner's wife got on the phone. Immediately, she said " Is there a problem?" I said "No, I was just commenting to your employee that the price you quoted me is different from the price on your website. " Her response was, "We haven't updated our prices for the holidays yet". I said, Okay and we ended the call. After having a few conversations with some friends, they had told me how some businesses will honor the website prices if you ask. So, I took their advice and asked. The following week when I went to pick up my order, I asked the owner at the register if he would honor the price on the website. The look he gave me was astonishing and raised his voice saying, " WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? I CAN'T HELP IT IF THEY'RE NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE!" I wanted to say, not my problem, but I was so taken back by his reaction, I just said "No problem, I was just asking." He continued to berate me while there was a line of customers behind me. He then called his wife over, who came with my order and put it on the counter. He explained to her what I had asked, she then starts to raise her voice to me as well saying, "We had this conversation on the phone last week!" I said, "I never asked if you would honor the price on the phone, that's why I just asked now. Not a big deal. I don't know why you're getting so upset just for me asking." I don't even think they heard me because they were both talking over me and it was getting louder by the minute. I stood there in shock and finally just said " You are so rude, and I can't believe this is how you treat your customers." The wife then took the order off the counter and told me she wasn't selling it to me. Then the owner pointed his finger at my face and told me to get out of his store and never come back. I'm sure everyone in the store heard them. All he had to do was say, " No, sorry we can't." like a mature professional adult would do. The more people I tell this story to, the more I hear stories similar or even worse to this of how rude he is to them, their family members, and CHILDREN! As I went to write my review, I couldn't believe how rude he was in his responses to other reviews similar to mine. This just shows the type of man and business owner he is! I'm sure he'll respond to this as well with rude and disrespectful comments along with lies. I noticed in his responses how upset he gets over people writing their experiences on social media (only when they are bad). The reason people go on social media, is because this is a platform to REVIEW businesses. That way, others don't have to experience the awful customer service I received. I'm not bullying, harassing, or coming at anyone personally. I am simply just sharing my experience. I shouldn't be attacked for that or for asking a simple question. I am a small business owner, and I would NEVER treat my customers the way this family treats theirs. SHOUT OUT TO J&L DELI in Abington. They came through last minute with the BEST meatballs. I should have just gone to them in the first place, but I will be sure to not make that mistake...

After watching phantom gormet. I was looking forward to going here. The prices were more than fair. The mini golf was great. To the food... everything we ordered was very good, met or exceeded expectations. But,,,,, it took 1 hour and 35 mins. For a cheeseburger, meatball sub, Italian grinder, and a small fry. We played 18 holes if mini golf which was awesome. We ordered our food before we played. I asked Nancy if our order was ready, she said we are getting it together. That was 1 hour and 15 mins later. My wife then asked, and Nancy was not only rude with facial expressions, but told her it's almost ready. 15 mins later my wife asked another person at register, they told her we are getting it together. 5 mins later they called our name, I went to register and the girl dropped the bag in front of me and just walked away. Now we travel all over to go to the phantom dish worth driving to. Over 30 places. This was the first place I am reviewing that I ever left a review like this. The place was fun, the food was good. But on tv they looked and sounded so friendly. They aren't, I don't know about Steve, but the young man who took my order was pleasant. The rest were overwhelmed, understaffed, and the rest of the deli people were not, not even close. My recommendation is yes it's fairly priced, and alot of fun to do there. But order your food on Friday if you're going there on Saturday. Also avoid the fake smiling lady on TV, and prepare your self for the wicked witch of the west... Sorry, my honest review, I didn't drop the...

Any place that calls costumers kids animals for harmlessly playing as children do, will not get my patronage. For shame. And to come back and respond to the review the way you did. Lack of professionalism and integrity on your part. I was planning on bringing a large group to your establishment, that will now not take place…Edit to my original review. What kind of “Owner” responds to a review insulting potential or actual customers? Not a good one that’s for sure. To clarify, my pack of animals as you called them have never set foot in you pristine, perfectly run, run down place. I only observed how you treated a different family while I was enjoying an ice cream alone. Your behavior, not theirs was despicable. Kids are kids. They had not been beating your property up. From my point of view, the kids had been playing a very fun game of- the ground is Lava! So they took refuge from the imaginative lava on the picnic tables bench. Harmless fun that all children should comfortably enjoy. Then comes the Owner buzzing around on a golf cart to insult them, and yell at them. Maybe try engaging the family and kids instead of reprimanding them. Show them that as a community it’s ok to imagine...

We saw this place on Phantom Gourmet and immediately knew we had to make the hour drive to try it out! I will tell you that it was welllll worth the drive. The owner, Steve, was behind the counter and took our order. I ordered a meatball sub and Tony ordered the Touch of Italy under Steve’s recommendation. While we waited for our lunch, Steve came out from behind the counter and talked to us about the story of his business and asked us about ourselves as well. We got our food and it was amazing! The bread totally takes the sandwich to the next level. Once we finished lunch we played a round of mini golf, a round in the batting cages and laughed endlessly. We came back in the store to get fresh lunch meat and steak tips to go. Highly recommend this extremely fun and family ran business. (It’s a great day date spot) We will absolutely be back to pick up some catering for football Sunday’s! Thanks !!

Really cool spot with a variety of activities, candy, and knick-nacks. As an enthusiast of Italian subs, I was impressed with the Touch of Italy. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the pizza. We got the Pork Fella and the toppings and sauce were good, but it was not cooked all the way through. The bottom and top were done, but the middle was a bit mushy and re-fused together after being cut which confirmed my suspicions. The dough seemed over fermented, lending too much sourdough flavor. It was dense and bready instead of light and airy, so maybe the dough was overworked too. Devoid of any crunch except for the edges. I'll have to give them another chance and get a plain cheese next time instead.

Batting Cages, Basketball courts, mini golf, (open until 8pm) the ice cream is delicious 🤤. Have to come back for the food. Adult beverages available. Steve and his wife were so welcoming and helpful. They are involved in the community and have a youth reading program. Carnival games available onsite as well. Big campus and area to walk around and sit. The store is beautiful and has many vintage treats and treasures for sale. This is a little oasis away from the Cape madness and close me to home. Must see and visit to truly enjoy.
