Passing through town and one of the guys knew about this place. So after a short walk, it was time for breakfast!

Walking in, I felt like it was a step back to a small seaside diner. Warm, wood and nautical was the vibe. There was a “Titanic 1912” life ring on one wall that may have been an original. Overall, it was what you want first thing in the morning before coffee. Warm and welcoming.

The menu is MASSIVE. Not “ehh, kinda big”, or even “hey lots to choose from!” I mean it’s massive! There are so many choices, everyone will find something to eat. For us, it was pancakes, eggs Benedict and some eggs and corned beef hash. After ordering, we relaxed into our drinks and conversation.

So there we were calmly sipping coffee and juice when a train of food started showing up. By the end, the table was full of plates and there was only three of us! We did our best, the food was tasty and we managed to eat far more than we “thought we should”!

If you in the area, stop in and relax. Order up a tasty dish you may not even know was available. With 200+omelettes alone plus many other options, you’re gonna get way more than you expected and and who doesn’t like a place that over delivers in...

A true Jersey Shore staple! I was lucky enough to grow up close to this place and I am so happy to see it has kept to its roots over the years, great service, cozy atmosphere, and a menu which takes a full business week to read through.

Parking is plentiful, if you can't find a spot around the restaurant there's plaza parking/street parking within walking distance

Wait can get long during the weekend/especially during the summer so plan accordingly

Menu is like reading a dictionary. Insane amounts of menu items I would suggest picking your favorite breakfast style and going from there. We went with the Benny Cakes and ham/broccoli omelette with a blueberry muffin on the side

Benny Cakes were 10/10 I could eat 10 more of those potato pancakes they have a lot of flavor which really amps up the poached eggs and well made hollandaise. This might be my new favorite order

Please get the blueberry muffin, they split it and grill it... That's all I'm going to say, experience this for yourself

Overall a great meal and a place I've been happy to come back to over the years for a quick quality...

My family and I went there to eat a pleasant brunch. My wife and I heard some nice things, but didn't have high expectations. They boast of having over 200 types of omelettes. As impressive as that sounds, I'm a big believer that restaurants with very large menus don't do anything particularly well. My theory did not hold up when it came to Mariner's Cove! We were thoroughly impressed! Not only was everyone's meal good, they definitely provided ample portions of it! I'm a fairly decent size guy (about 6' 260lbs) andI needed to box my meal up and take it home. I wouldn't doubt every option of omelette is delicious, but my herb shrimp omelette was great! However, the home fries were arguably the best I've ever had in any restaurant! I seriously doubt you or your crew will be disappointed with the menu since they have everything for everyone. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because of the size of crowd you'll have to contend with even though they still got us in fairly quickly considering (under 30 mins). Go there when you have an opportunity. You won't be...

One can't tell from the outside how it looks on the inside, so I was surprised to find a rather quaint place, that's diner like. Full of interesting nautical decoration and literally a HUGE menu. Big in size and variety. Almost makes it hard to choose with so many possibilities! I had coffee and eggs Benedict in a Texas toast, with spinach, portobello mushrooms, tomato, hollandaise sauce and avocado (I substituted it with turkey since I'm vegetarian) My friend had pancakes, sausages and eggs. Delicious food. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the owner or manager and the wait staff were unwelcoming, seemed upset and rather short. In the future, if I see different behavior I'll edit my review. So, to sum up, great food with an incredible variety but lacking pleasent service.
