I have been a Papa Murphy's customer for over 15 years and this last order was less than the usual positive experience I have had in the past. I did an on-line order that had a couple of changes to the pizza toppings and according to the store employee it was apparently not saved in the app which she said sometimes happens. So I guess I'm just suppose to take the pizza anyway it's made. When I mentioned the changes I wanted to the pizza, the employee didn't offer to make it the way I originally ordered it and her response was silence as she pushed the pizza towards me. It was a take it or leave it situation. The customer service feel in this store is less than friendly and made me feel as if my order was annoying someone. This was my 1st experience at this store and it was very disappointing. I guess I'll have to reconsider leaving a tip next time.    Read moreHorrible owner that is rude and doesn't know how to run a store. I ordered online and went to pick up my food and it wasn't ready. That's fine I will wait, but then after waiting 30 minutes I was told I needed to wait in line and let them know I was there so they can make my pizza even though I had a pick up time that was for 5 pm and now it's 5:30 pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the owner was at the register so I told him that this is ridiculous on how they run mobile orders and he yelled at me and asked me how I would do it. I gave him a few suggestions and he said that's not how it works here...obviously. I gave him my name so they can start my order and wait another 30 minutes to only find out that the owner pulled the wrong ticket.    Read moreIve never had a rude experience here. But this evening we must have caught an employee on a bad day. We did not order online... Just walked in but weren't expecting super fast service. I understand that times right now are strange and the store can't have a lot of people and the masks while working are agitating and so on. But the gal that greeted us seemed pretty irritated that we did not order online or call in. If that is a new rule. We apologize. Sorry we didn't know! But she was short... Snippy and kinda rude for the whole transition. No name tag though otherwise I'd probably be calling tmrw to talk with a manager. The pizza though.. Is ALWAYS amazing! And the other girl that made the pizza and handed it over was super nice! I'll still always go here. Love the food. But maybe send that girl on a break. Haha maybe that'll help get her...
