I like the cheese steak. It is good. I stumbled across this eating establishment one brisk and mild winter day. The sun was shining at approximately 45 degrees, brightly but cleverly covered by the cumulonimbus clouds above, casting just the perfect amount of ambience like studio lighting. The birds chirping ahead, almost as if guiding me towards the restaurant. Once inside you'll notice the architecture will look as if it was crafted by the mighty hands of Zeus himself, forged from the most beautiful pieces of resources that could be found on the highest point of Olympus. Now onto the cheese steak. Expertly crafted as if it was painted by Leonardo Davinci himself. One bite and you'll believe you've reached Nirvana. Perfectly crisp bread, savory salty steak, ooey gooey cheese. As the food enters your mouth, allow it to spread fairly across all of your taste buds, tongue and roof (yes there are taste buds on your mouth roof). I placed a very large catered lunch order for about 100 people (with accommodations for two vegans) and it could not have been a better experience. First, getting a catered order for less than $10 a person is crazy, especially with the amount of food we got! We ordered hoagies, cheese steaks/chicken cheese steaks, paninis, pasta salad, and regular salad; this included dressings, toppings for the hoagies, and oil, vinegar and mayo (all on the side). Second, the food was ready to go when I arrived for pick up, the owner and another employee helped me load my car, and I was in and out within a few minutes. THEN the food was still warm and fresh by the time I made it back to work in center city and the employees were more than satisfied! Not only was the food fresh, it was delicious AND they packed the food separately for our three shifts and 3 different locations— so there was no fussing with separating food out. The food and the service were excellent (was very pleasantly surprised to find an actual grilled salmon fillet in my salad instead of something from a can!) and the server couldn't have been more personable and attentive. He even took the time to check for future reference whether our home address would be in the restaurant's delivery radius.

And heads up to dog owners, I overheard him saying that they do offer "pup burgers" - unseasoned burger patties for your furry friends - and that adds another star in this animal lover's book!

I must issue a forewarning to larger parties seeking a dine-in experience, it's a very small building so there isn't a terribly large amount of seating - a handful of two-person booths (that COULD snugly squeeze in a couple more people depending on their size) and some windowside counter seating - but the food and the service definitely compensate for that.
