L J's Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Horrible customer service. I have a video of the lady who answers the phone here screaming at me to get out of the store because I asked to speak to the owner or at least a phone number she denied me and made me feel really intimidated like she was going to come jolting at me. I asked why she was screaming at me and telling me to leave and she replied because you swore at me on the phone last week. ???? What? I went outside and she came yelling behind me towards me saying she's calling police because I had a video of the altercation. And brought the phone out of the store yelling she's leaving acting like she was on the phone with police and never was apparently because I called Bristol PD they said no calls were made .. this lady needs help . Why would the owner keep this lady here when she's pulling business away. Vivaldi was our savior. They were amazing. They have amazing food my family ordered 46$ worth of food and felt better instead of getting a grinder that had no condiments on it and never made the way we asked.... No more LJ...

So I'm not eating dinner tonight because Lj's made my food wrong and when my husband called to tell them it was wrong the lady on the phone just goes "well the manager isn't here so, I don't know". Excuse you? You gave me something made wrong that I did not request and you just "don't know" what to do? YOU MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT AND SEND IT OUT. "I don't know" are you freaking kidding me? Never really had an issue with them until recently, they dont listen to the specifics of our orders anymore and just make whatever they want and send it out & the lady on the phone was absolutely clueless and no help whatsoever. Get food somewhere else.

big giant edit to add my husband called back hoping for a resolution and the girl on the phone said she was the owners girlfriend and she wasn't giving us a refund or the right food. Who runs this business??...

I am a driver from lj's. I've tried all the pizza in Bristol. When you order lj's expect one of the best dough's in town. As long as you like a nice thick, dense dough. The buffalo chicken pizza is one of THE best you will eat. The blue cheese is also a tough contender. Our specialty is the blt and you should be all over it if you haven't tried it. Our wings are cooked to order. These are jumbo wings and have made me stop eating wings from the surrounding area. The D.O.A. will melt your mouth, lips, and tongue off, as well the mild wings (which taste nothing short of delectable) will have you begging for more. Our pizza sauce is a sweet sauce.
