I never thought id write a bad review seeing as im an easy going person. but the customer service and employees are awful. i went there with the sole reason of using a coupon i had gotten in the mail. i ordered my food via drive through at about 8pm. i then pulled up to the window and gave the male cashier my credit card with the coupon right on top of it. He advised me the food would be ready any moment and to pull up to the front. so i pulled up to the front. after sitting there for 15 mins. the food did not come out. i walked up to the door to try to go in and it was locked. at 830?? the insides closed?! i thought it was strange to say the least. i then looked at my receipt and the cashier did not even charge my coupon. so i pulled around the drive through there was one other car at the window and they made that car pull up to the front to wait for the food there. after sitting at the drive through window waiting for service to see what happened with my order and why he didnt charge my coupon i see the cashier walk up from behind my car in the drive through claiming he locked him self out of the building! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. The employees are terrible and rude. It seems to me management has some changes to make if they want to have a successful business. LOL also after 45 mins of waiting for fast food. the cashier tryed giving me the difference of the coupon with change out of his pocket. he was rude and persistant it was the right amount. i had to take my phone out and do the math for him. so i can get the money back from the coupon he didnt charge. absolutely ridiculous. Read moreHonestly the staff here was nice i didnt have any problems it was nothing spectacular but about average for the area. Thebproblem i did have was weirdly with the manager. I forgot some sauces on my way out of the drive through so I pulled over real quick to run in and get them. It was right before the eating area was closing up for the night. I walked up to the counter and asked for the sauces I forgot. The manager said we have to charge you in an accent that took me a minute to understand what she was saying. I replied back saying i had just been through the drive through and just forgot to ask. She said shed still have to charge me until the staff member who ran me through the drive through vouched for me to then the manager disgruntingly relinquished the sauces muttering something inaudible about needing to charge for them next time or something. The manager turned her back on me and i stood there for a second confused and then the staff member said i was all good and to have a nice night so i walked out. A weird interaction with someone who is supposed to be the example of customer service but is instead the worst. They fell right into my evil plot of getting free sauce for food I never ordered muahaha insert sarcasm. I should have mentioned the sauce earlier but were all human and humans mess up, so thats why we pay other humans to help...
Read moreSo I know people consider fast food workers irrelevant but please let me tell you about Lexi from the federal Bristol Burger King … there were a million people there and a million things going on and she still took the time out to talk to me personally and make sure everything was ok with my order , I have NEVER IN MY LIFE dealt with such an attentive and respectful employee who helped me in every single way that she could and it affected me so much that I felt the need to comment about it and because of her I’m giving this Burger King 5 stars… if it wasn’t for her I would be fed up with this entire franchise but her and her alone is the reason I felt compelled to share my experience because I’ve never received such amazing customer service and because of her I will never go to another Burger King franchise besides hers again… thank you Lexi for being so good at what you do that you permanently left a mark on me, Burger King is blessed to have you and I hope they don’t ever lose sight of you’re immaculate customer service skills because thanks to you I will from now on refuse to deal with any other Burger King besides the one you work for.
