I am sad to say that this is most definitely the worst Subway I have ever been to. I came here tonight at 8:55 to pick up an online order my manager had placed for herself an hour prior (we work at a locally owned restaurant down the road). As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the young girl working RAN from the lobby to go lock the doors and turn off the lights. I proceeded to walk up to the door knocking and waving at her and the other gentleman working, to which they both made DIRECT eye contact with me, started cackling with laughter, then ran into their back office. I then proceeded to call the store so I could explain that I wasn’t trying to ruin their night by placing an inconvenienced order 5 minutes till close, that I was just picking up an already paid order. I had a perfect view of the phone ringing and ringing with no answer, and began to become extremely frustrated. Then, out of no where, the girl grabbed the phone and either hung up on me or just took it to the back with her, I wasn’t quite sure. Either way, still no answer. By this time it was 8:57 and I was PRAYING that someone would give me the common decency to just respond. The last thing I saw was the girl SLAMMING the office door, so hard in fact it shook the items hanging on the surrounding wall, and then she proceeded to stand behind the register and SCREAM at the top of her lungs. I feel that this is completely unacceptable behavior, especially since my manager had NO TIME AT ALL to get her food and as a last resort sent me to pick it up for her. And the fact that this was food that was paid for. This is not the first time this location has closed early, almost every single night they will lock their doors and turn off their lights 5-10 minutes before they are actually SUPPOSED to close. Read morePurchased two “Titan” turkey foot long subs. Both were mobile ordered and made incorrectly. One had mustard that was not supposed to. The bread type was also swapped on them respective to the ingredients/toppings. Also specifically asked in the comments to be cut in thirds, not halves. Only one was cut in thirds, and neither was cut all the way through (just a quick slice through the top piece). Very lazily made. Ridiculous when these subs cost over $12 each. lol. Come on. Much rather spend my hard earned money at Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes if this is going to be the case…..(better subs anyway). Store called and said they were out of rotisserie chicken, so we asked for ham, nope out of ham so we changed subs to a flatbread with bacon, egg and cheese and ask for a large. She let us know that would be 2.00 more. So we paid the extra.Also out of chocolate chip cookies, so we replaced with raspberry. Picked up order and went home. Our footlong steak and cheese was missing toppings. The large bacon, egg and cheese they charged us for was made as a small, no SunChips available so we pivoted again. When we got home we immediately called, no answer despite the fact they had called us. Tried two more times and then drove back there. Employees said someone had walked out and they were closing early. Place is having a rough go but for over 40.00 I’d hope for better.
