Italian Touch — Restaurant in Broadway

I love Italian food. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. First, the house salads that my mom, and I ordered had lots of onions on it, hardly any tomatoes, with lettuce that was turning brown. I had asked the waitress for Thousand Island dressing, but I was given Ranch dressing instead. The waitress did not come back except to give us the our dinners. The lasagna that I ordered tasted like it was store bought with tons of sauce on top of it that tasted like it came from a jar. Italian Touch used to do excellent delivery. 1 month ago I ordered mozarella sticks with my order and got deep fried dill pickles that were very dark on the outside and falling apart. Essentially inedible. just now I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half mushrooms, onion and green peppers. I also ordered garlic butter. The pizza came half cheese and mushrooms onion and green peppers. The kids wont eat cheese pizza, only pepperoni. Also, no garlic butter. It took 50 mins for delivery. When we called about the missing toppings and garlic butter, we were informed that "the pepperoni button wasn't working" as if it was our fault. I've about had it...

The food is excellent and usually the delivery is excellent, but today it wasn't. I request they come to the back door because it is easier for me to get to it and it is in the notes with my order. The driver today chose to come to the front door and then got upset because it took me longer to get there. I asked him why he didn't do what I had requested, he said that it is easier to come to the front door since he other deliveries up the street.
