BFC: Boston Fried Chicken And Burritos — Restaurant in Brockton

DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! Usually, my experience is fine here. However, I was highly disappointed in the service I had here tonight. I came with my younger cousin who has a few serious allergies, one of them being sesame seeds (needs to use an epi pen for them because she can go into anaphylactic shock). Before we ordered her meal, which was a cheeseburger, fries and a soda, we asked them to please make sure that they use coco bread and not the regular burger bun since it has sesame seeds and she’s very allergic to it. The person who took our order assured us that he’d let the cooks know and that it’ll be taken care of. A few minutes later, he informed us that he forgot to tell the cooks to use coco bread and he’d have the cooks remake it. I asked him to please make sure that they make a brand new burger and not just put new bread on it. I watched them make a new burger but didn’t know that they had used the same exact plate that originally had the sesame seed bun. When we got home we realized this and called them immediately to inform them that under the fries in the plate, there in fact were sesame seeds and that they didn’t use a brand new plate, to which the person taking orders in the front told us “it should be fine, I don’t think a few sesame seeds will affect her”. I informed him that it wasn’t fine and that shes deathly allergic to sesame seeds and can’t eat anything from the plate. I requested a refund, and was informed that they don’t do refunds. I then asked to place an order for something completely different of the same value of the meal which was $12.99, to which he said that since it was only the burger that was the issue, he could only give us something of an equal value to the burger which was $7.50.To top it all off, when we came back to prove that the plate in fact had sesame seeds, they took the burger back, even though we had already took it home. I’m even more upset that we spent so much money since we ordered 2 other meals and I even tipped the guy before the whole incident, I ended up spending about $41 in total and got a measly $5 cake free of charge as the “solution”. I ordered 50 pieces of chicken for my event yesterday. Upon picking i was at the counter waiting to be acknowledged by the young lady, while waiting a gentleman enters with a box of open chicken in his hand. She cashier acknowledges him but not me. She proceeded to assist him. He said I wanted wings but you gave me drum sticks. She ok, they both are breathing over and pointing at the boxed chicken. The chic was like did you touch the chicken, he says no. She said are you sure?? He says yes I’m sure, I’m watching with a disgusted face as she take the chicken and puts it back on the warmer with all the other chicken!!!!!!! I couldn’t contain myself I blurted out immediately you’re supposed to throw the chicken away ma’am, that’s nasty. The fact you have to ask if he touched means you don’t know if he touched it. Ewwwww. She looks at me and says well he said he didn’t touch it, why waste food! Unbelievable, now to my special order. The guy in the back calls the cast to the window by ringing the bell asked her if she removed 2 pieces of chicken from my bin, she says no… I see the guy go into the Warmer to grab two pieces of thighs and put it in my bin. This is one of those neighborhood place you see and try to resist until you find yourself getting curious. Well today my curiosity got the best of me and you’re welcome me. It did not disappoint. First thing that drew my attention was, it was well lit and clean. I hate dark dingy places.

My husband was surprised he responded with, you’re turning around? I said yes. We entered, the cashier was pleasant. I asked if the chicken good and she said yes. So I went for it. The chicken was just the right crispy, it was juicy and the flavor was good On our way out I discovered they had one of my favorite flavor ice cream, rum raisin, very creamy.
