Unacceptable Service!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at The service was not just slow; it was downright rude and disrespectful.

After being seated, I watched my food sit at the counter, cold and neglected, while the server prioritized customers who came in after me. When I finally had the chance to ask him why my order was taking so long, he completely ignored my question and went on to serve another customer!

To make matters worse, even the other customer noticed the unfairness of it all and pointed out that I had been there first. Instead of addressing the situation, the server rolled his eyes and dismissively said, “I don’t care.”

This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. It made me feel invisible and unimportant. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when you’re paying for a meal.

I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect. Save your time and money—go somewhere where the staff actually cares about their customers. Not recommended at all. This is the worst in...

This place is a hidden gem, in my opinion. The food is so flavorful and makes me feel at home. I've been here a few times. First time I bought white rice, black beans, and legume (plenty of meat). Second time I came back and bought rice with red beans and stewed chicken. They always include sides like salad and fried plantain, and I always have leftovers because the portions are generous and well worth the $22.

If you're looking for a fancy sit down Haitian restaurant with 5 star customer service, this isn't it. But if you want authentic traditional Haitian food that takes you to Haiti, then you've found the right place.

Side note: It is better to order food from this restaurant in person. If you do not speak Haitian Creole, I strongly recommend going with someone who speaks the language or else you may misinterpret their behavior and way of talking as rude. They are really...

I went to the place to purchase my food, the guy at the register mistakenly overcharged me and he refunded me right after but at the time he was processing the refund he was so mean and was trying to argue with me witch I don't have time for. All I needed is my food and my change and go. He handed the receipt to me I only too the cash, I said : I don't want the receipt,he was advising me to take the receipt witch was good but in a very impolite way. After I took the food he left the register and followed me till my car trying to argue with me . That's very disappointing!
