BFC: Boston Fried Chicken And Burritos — Restaurant in Brockton

Gone here a few times the first couple times had no issue .the time before last i ordered was told ten mins. Got there like 15 mins after then sat there for 20 mins waiting for food and they forgot some stuff. I work in food service so i understand having an off day ok fine well i just ordered 26 dollars in food and wasnt told a time they just hung up so about 20 mins get there to pick up my food and when i get back and go eat it the burgers bread is sooo steal .. all the food is cold so i call back and explain. I am told if i want fresh food to order it there then and i tell them that is rediculous and then he ask what he wants me to do i said ill bring the food back i want a refund and then he tells me he cant do that and i tell him this is crazy and then he said well ok then bye and hung up on me i have never been treated so bad from A food place and normally i dont complain or even write reviews but they way i was spoken to and treated was disgusting i am in food service i couldnt imagine having a job if i did that...

The pictures they posts online it's not the foods they send to you. I ordered something they sent me chicken looks like leftovers foods. And when I call then they asked me to bring the food back if I am not satisfied. I paid someone to drive 6 miles to go pickup the food they asked me to bring the food back.
