The worse waited 3 ahours.. it looked like the 300 pound dude that delivered the driver drop my box of pizza .. charge me 7 or 8 dollars for delivery plus 2 or 3 dollars for taxes then I waited 1 ahour and 30 min I called back try to speak to a manager they said he was busy then they say they couldn’t find a delivery driver to bring me my pizza I all ready paid 33 dollars for it plus a 2 dollars tip to the driver . So I said find il go in drive there in pick it up mind you I talked to someone on the phone that told me that they couldn’t give me back the 7 or 8 dollars for delivery charge he told me come inside the manager will talk to me I get there .. the manager its no where to be found then the cashier goes am cancel your order the 33 dollars in then charge me again the 27 dollars so we could waive the delivery charges.. so they were gona charge my card almost 60 dollars for a 27dollars charge in I had to wait 2 or 3 days to get back my 33 dollars back on my card.. I said you know what never mind leave it like that I just walked out.. never again would I order from them event if it was free no thank you. in the pizza was still made poorly barely any cheese on it because they was so busy… they Gota get shut down for poor customer service in hiring new managers as well…it’s Brockton again should knows better thou...
Read moreUpdate: just ordered a pizza and a sandwich with a dipping sauce and guess what I got charge for a dipping sauce that I did not receive and when I try to call the store to ask for my $.89 refund which I’m doing because they’ve literally every time I’ve ordered not giving me my sauce that I’m paying for and guess what they don’t answer the phone…. Ive had good experiences and bad experiences, i’ve probably paid for about 50 dipping sauces that I never got that I was charged for so that’s annoying. Depending on who’s making the pizza when I order it either comes undercooked or incredibly overcooked which I don’t mind well done so it works for me however a pizza isn’t that difficult to make without burning or undercooking . Really this reviews just about the absolute garbage website that people have to order from that freezes iand resets every two minutes. It's a pizza store and it's not like the employees are paid top dollar but they could use a ton of help with semi decent customer service.
Even though I live about 7 mins from the store, delivery typically takes about 45 mins after the app notifies me the driver is on the way. To this end, I stopped ordering delivery and opting to pick up myself .
The in-store experience keeps getting worse. Today I stepped in and it took about 5 mins before I was acknowledged. There were 3 employees behind the counter; I was making pizza, the other was trying to locate a driver (I guess a delivery was messed up) and the 3rd was just standing around hanging up the phone on whoever was calling the store.
I finally got acknowledged and was told I had another 2 minutes to wait. 2 minutes turn to 10 and I'm still waiting patiently.
