McDonald's — Restaurant in Brockton

So I've been coming to this location for years and every time I try to order the drive thru ( I understand how the restaurant industry works and if they're busy it affects everything I can also tell when there's nobody inside the restaurant) I've had to wait at the order station for 10 mins b4 my order is taken and of course that's after saying hello into the microphone with that said it dosnt matter if 2 cars in line ahead of me or none I then wait an additional 10 to 15 min in line or at the pickup /pay windows I'm not a rude person or unreasonable Def takes alot for me to complain but when I've waited 10 plus min to order and I pay and I'm still waiting for 10 15 min at the pick up window and choose just to drive away losing my money and my food out of frustration sets me over the edge especially with 3 hungry kids waiting on there meals I know I'll never get my money back because God forbid the younger staff gives you a receipt afterpaying and my food will never be replaced so a $30 visit to mcdonalds turns into a 60+$ dinner and sure I cld have waited but when kids working ignore the drive thru window customer when he's saying excuse me attempting to see what the holdup is I was never told that fries were cooking or patties were still cooking any explanation why it was taking so long and yes I have been back to the location since giving a benefit of the doubt and waited a total of 18 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of me.... well whoever is in charge of this location ever make it right I've gone back to jobs and went above and beyond for my customers because I value repeat customers I hope the same standards apply for such a well-known...

This McDonald's has went downhill in the past few years. Waited over 30 minutes for 4 Cheeseburgers with Mobile App. Terrible customer service at night. Employees are too busy socializing to take proper care of customers. There is a clear language barrier and employees do not take responsibility for their mistakes nor do they correct them in a timely fashion. Go to KFC/ Taco Bell or Dominos near by if looking for quick food in the area and better customer service. Also not all employees wear facial mask. If they are wearing one they are pulling the mask down with their bare hands and exposing their nose, mouth, or both. They will handle your food after pulling down mask and scratch their face without washing their hands creating a cross contamination onto your food. Customer service at night has been consistently awful for years. If you order food from this location through the mobile app and have it delivered to your car expect it to take 15 minutes and expect the food to be cold. Also expect a language barrier and a poor attitude from staff. Owner of establishment needs to hire a whole new night team or retrain this lot of rude, lazy, dirty workers. Otherwise I'm sure if this behavior keeps up owner will be fined and shut down for multiple health code violations. You will be wasting your time, money, and patience by visiting this McDonald's at night. Also, you will be putting your health at risk if things do not change at...

I have been to this McDonalds about 5 times late in the Eve ing about 10pm everytime and it is always a nightmare. Everytime I go I say I'll never go there again but it's right on the way home so it's convent. Every single person working the evening shift should be fired. They are the rudest,most unproffessionally I have ever come across. Tonight I waited a usual 15 min for my order because someone was screaming bloody murder an employee to another employee. ANd then to someone on her cell phone. This went on for the whole time I was there, I almost called the police it was was so disturbing. Then while listening ing to this while the car is in front of me gets frustrated and fed up because he can't even get his order because no one does their job there, says I'm just gonna leave and the girl at the drive through puts her head out the window and yells at the customer to just pull around "Dumb Ass”!!!!!who the hell is running this place obviously a incompetent idiot who shouldn't be! Talk about trashy, no class, or professionalism....how sad you can't even handle a job at McDonald's....outraged by the lack of respect and lack of service.
