McDonald's — Restaurant in Brockway

I never make reviews but today I felt compelled to make one. I took my grandma out to lunch, she is 90yrs old and doesn’t get to go out much. I wanted to make a point to give credit to two gentlemen who were there working at the Brockway location, one who was at the register and took our order and one who held the door for us on the way inside. I unfortunately did not get their names but they left a very lasting impression. One of the men traveled 2 hours to work at the Brockway McDonald’s that day and he stated he was from the south. Both of them were late 20’s early 30’s, if I had to guess. They were truly the most genuinely polite humans I’ve met in awhile. They made my grandma and myself feel so welcome while we ordered and also checking on us after our order came out. We arrived alittle bit after breakfast had ended and she really had her heart set on a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. They went above and beyond and made that happen for her. The man who also took our order politely asked my grandma if she was a senior, it gave her such a giggle. (I’m sure he knew she definitely was) They deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer service and hospitality. Give these employees a raise because...

I gave it one star because I had to give it something or I would have gave it a zero the food order I gave was even wrong I even asked him why it was so expensive and he said it was accurate but I said it didn't seem right so when I got to the next window to get my food I questioned it there because they don't have a board that you can read I see what you're ordering it seems I was right all I wanted was a plain chicken sandwich extra mayonnaise he charged me for a full Neil with a full sandwich that wasn't the kind of even wanted so they said they would make my order for me to pull up late in the drive to Isle parking spot after 20 minutes of sitting there as I was getting out of my car came a worker carrying stuff and asked if I was the person that got the chicken sandwich message after 20 minutes I was done waiting he laughed and gave it to me walked away and it was still wrong the large Coke with no ice that I ordered just so happened to be a smaller size what size these workers really need to be trained a lot better the owners need to...

This used to be a great McDonalds to go to, but in the past couple of months it has steadily declined in both quality, freshness of food and service. The staff (including management) seem to be lacking in knowledge and communication is lacking for sure. In the past three visits, I waited no less than 15 minutes for my food. They didn't know what orders went to what car, and tried to tell me I had the wrong order when they gave me the correct one on my last visit. If it would return to how it was running it would get 5 stars.
