Paesano Pizza — Restaurant in Brockway

As someone who visits Brockway a few times a year, this used to be my favorite restaurant, however, this had been a rough experience since new ownership. I ordered a steak salad and sadly it was absolutely horrible...it was made with steak-ums that were SO burnt that they were rocks and the lettuce was whilted. I couldn't even eat it so i threw it away. We also ordered a plain white pizza, but, it was not made correctly where they still added spinach onto it that was very wet so it soaked the pizza. People are really nice - hoagies not that great. I have not been here for a lot of years and evidently it has changed hands.

Not a fan of steakums so steak sandwich was not for me, also I ordered everything on sandwiches, I requested cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak so you would think that would include cheese but there was none.

Chicken sub is not too bad, again if ordering and you want cheese says so.

We had to do this place justice. The first time we had their food it was subpar. So we tried their second location in Ridgway, and it was very good. So we decided to try the original location once again and it was phenomenal. Thier extra cheese pizza is the best (make sure you want that much cheese because they pile it on). Very good homemade pizza crusts and breads. The smell of the place just reminds me of childhood. If you come through our little town, you gotta stop and have a slice.
