Brockway Appliance — Local services in Brockway

After looking at all of our options to buying brand new KitchenAid appliance we decided to go Brockway Appliances. So we bought all the appliances from them. They installed them once we completed our remodel of our lake house in Treasure Lake. After several months, our new KitchenAid refrigerator was making weird cracking noises when you would open the freezer door. We called they sent out a repair man that wasn't sure what was wrong. So he had to do some more research he said and after making some adjustments to the door (not sure what that do, the sound was coming from the side of the unit). We then made another appointment and he never showed up. If I had it to buy again, I would buy locally in DuBois at Syktich instead of trying someone new. Seems like Brockway Appliance lacks in their repair service on...

Decided on getting a stove, after the alternative :(lowes) had virtually nothing in stock online or in store. That and they charged for delivery over a certain amt. Brckwy App. offered delivery but we chose to DIY! We will never buy a lg. ticket appliance from lowes again! Service was prompt, accurate, and pleasant. Highly recommend the next time u need a large appliance, don't waste ur time in @ lowes anymore! We weren't asked if we wanted something fancy or something we didnt need. Straight to the point, ordered it, received it, called us when it came in and help loading it onto our truck! Sweet crew off ppl, which i cant say that...

Have had success here before. With new owners, same story. Owner Chelsie was helpful in making washer and dryer decision. Good selection on floor but decided to order a different model of LG. Came in reasonable time. Owner Michael and longtime employee Brian did a smoothly done installation. Both machines are operating without flaw. ...... On way to Brockway stopped at the local box store. The models we wanted were not in stock and would be brought from Pittsburgh and installed by two guys who by the store's own admission may or may not speak English. ..... There's only one superior appliance store in the area,...
