We were loyal customers for many years. Have pizza on family movie nights and when we had guest over. The pizza was always great and above the rest. This year the quality of the product seemed start going down hill. Two months ago we got a letter from the manager stating they noticed we had not ordered in awhile. The letter also stated if there were concerns to call and talk with him. I called and talked with the manager and let him know my concerns. We got a coupon for a free pizza so I used that and ordered another plus other items. Well when the driver delivered our order he was missing a pizza. He told me he would get it rushed over. It was over a hour before we got it. Then to add salt to the wound. I was given a coupon for a free dessert if I buy something else. There was no apology or discount on our order. Just a coupon to where I have to spend more money. We will no longer be using Marco's for anything. 12/29/20 IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. EVERYTIME TIME I ORDER CARRY OUT OR DILIVERY THE ORDER IS WRONG. THEN THE REMAKES ARE RUSHED AND SLOPPILY REMADE. THE ONLY REASON MY FAMILY ORDERED FROM HERE OVER THE PAST YEAR WAS THE AMAZING ONLINE COUPONS. Read more5 stars for great pizza. Nothing for the managers on shift tonight. Had a few questions about why they wouldn't deliver a 1/4 of a mile further for 300+ potential customers.. we live 3.2 miles from the Broken Arrow location, and to be honest, we don't eat pizza unless it's Marcos. We have had a couple of drinks, and both made the executive decision not to drive. Both have had a hard day at work, no one wants to cook, and we decided to order Marcos delivery.. upon finding out we were .2 miles away I had a few questions. The woman on the phone was understanding, but when she decided she couldn't answer my question, she handed the phone to another "manager" a man who hung up twice on me and his answers were different from the woman I had talked to just minutes before. After telling him I wasn't mad, I just wanted his HR/corporate number, he told me they were an independent franchise, and couldn't give me an number to call. Leading to the second disconnection after a "have a good night." My girlfriend and I have both been in the food/service business when we lived in Texas, and we're both extremely surprised by how things were handled. We just want some answers as to why it's completely out of the question to drive a literal walking distance further for a huge increase in potential customers. Read moreI never had heard of Marco’s Pizza until I started my new job that happens to order every other Friday. I quickly realized how much better tasting it was to Domino’s and comparable to the fluffy and toasty crust of Costco pizza.
This Friday my job didn’t order pizza so I decided to place my first order and pick it up after work. When I got there 10min early my order was already ready, but I had to wait a few minutes before I was able to be attendant too.
I could see the crew was busy, a boy, guy and attentive gal. I waited patiently and overheard the attentive gal saying she had missed some salami’s on a cooked pizza, so I asked about the price offering to buy it in addition to my order….
She replied with me letting me have it as it was a mistake and I had waited for a good 5 minutes at the counter. My order was $25 and I was ready to buy another medium pizza as a first time customer, but her decision of kindness and awareness of me as a customer was unexpected. She exceeded my expectations beyond the great taste of the pizza.
I will no longer consider buying pizza without thinking of Marcos Pizza at the BA, OK location first. In one visit she was able to get a hold on a pizza loving customer.
