This really deserves zero stars. Put a mobile order through while entering the line. Employee asked me to leave the line and drive around and come back in about 10 min. I asked her what the difference was from me sending an order from the app which she confirmed she saw versus ordering through the drive thru which would take exactly the same amount of time. There was no one ahead of me. Initially no one behind me. Inside was not busy at all with exactly two people inside already sipping their drinks. We went back and forth calmly and eventually there was exactly one car behind me. She said it messes with their drive thru times and forced me to leave the line anyways and asked me to return later or come inside. I parked and came inside. My drinks were ready almost instantly, same as they would have had I just remained in line. Then they forgot a food item and I was so angry I didn’t even notice. I called half way down the highway and she indicated I could return to get the item or come back inside for a refund even though it was paid through the app. Out of the kazillion Starbucks I’ve been to across the country and internationally this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Won’t return. The idea that I’d have to drive over 45 min to come back to obtain a refund in person for one food item is insane. Worst experience worst Starbucks. I’ve never had a Starbucks employee ask me to leave a drive thru line like that and I’m a frequent flyer coming to Starbucks almost every day and spending on avg...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to the Starbucks on N 9th Street in Broken Arrow, I found my experience to be less than satisfactory. Right from the start, I noticed a lack of acknowledgment from the staff upon entering. A simple greeting or acknowledgment of a customer's presence can significantly impact the overall atmosphere, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.
The primary issue I encountered revolved around the inconsistency in preparing my favorite drink, the caramel macchiato. On different occasions, I received my beverage at varying temperatures and with different flavor profiles, ranging from cold and flavorless to piping hot and delightful. The lack of a consistent experience was disheartening, especially considering the reputation of a well-known chain like Starbucks.
Furthermore, the inconsistency extended to the quantity of the beverage, as my cup was not filled to its capacity. This inconsistency in both drink preparation and presentation implies a potential lapse in attention to detail and quality control.
I offer this review as constructive feedback for the Starbucks team on N 9th Street. Consistency in both service and product quality plays a pivotal role in retaining customer loyalty. I sincerely hope that these concerns are addressed, and improvements are made to ensure a more positive and uniform experience for...
Read more(Drive thru) This used to be a great Starbucks. Used to go here all the time and leave satisfied. Now when I go, I always have to have my drink remade more than once. It's very frustrating when the baraistas won't listen to the order and end up just ruining the drink and my poor morning. I'm sorry to say but the morning staff do not do a good job. Today I ordered a Tall double chocolate chip frappe, extra whipp, very light drizzle. Ended up with a Grande mocha cookie crumble. Extra whip, drizzle, and crumble. Charged extra for it too. I asked to have it remade because I can't do a lot of drizzle, its difficult to swallow. It did get remade. The exact same with no drizzle. Same drink, no drizzle. I asked again for it to be remade and they finally understood that I never even ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble. It didn't end up getting remade, just the whipp was redone. I dont know why this Starbucks specifically has been slacking but it's been so much more bad than good I'd rather go out of my way to a...
