Chicken Wings, Pork Belly, Double Patty Double Cheese Burger with Bacon, Mac and Cheese, Birria Tacos? Geez, when is the last time that you had something green in your colon. (That was a rhetorical question; don’t answer that!) I know some of you eat bunny food every day, but for the rest of us this is our occasional healthy departure to a garden-based meal that actually tastes good. I really like the Spicy Greens. It is exactly what is says it is. Lots of spice, lots of flavors and excellent falafels. My wife had the Steak Mezze Bowl. Also, delicious. All the ingredients of these meals are fully described in the online menu and of course you can modify the meal to suite your tastes. The food was fresh and it did taste good! Seldom do you get a meal in a fast-food restaurant that looks as pretty as the picture that enticed you to order it. Such was the case at CAVA in Broken Arrow. My description of the appearance of Spicy Greens and the Steak Mezze Bowl would be, “it looked like the dogs breakfast.” (Check my pictures) The bowls were far from over flowing like the menu pictures and I’m pretty sure there was at least one ingredient missing from my Spicy Greens. I ordered it exactly as described on the menu, no changes. The friendly young lady assembling it had to pause a couple of times while building the bowls, and try to recall in her mind, what actually went in them. Friendly service, clean bright store, but I recommend the CAVA on S. Memorial My meal pictures might save you from converting to veganism; keep them handy. If you get to feeling a draw to the green side, look at the pictures.

Good - **** CAVA is my favorite among the current Mediterranean restaurants in Tulsa. As usual, I had the half salad-half basmati rice bowl. Tried the super-green mix salad and it was amazing. Added grilled chicken as the protein with tzatziki, red hummus and harissa as sauces with pickled onions, tomato +cucumber salad(this is awesome), lentil tabbouleh and crumbled feta with a yogurt dill dressing. It was really tasty.

I am so happy to find this place! It is like a Mediterranean Chipotle! Amazing variety, generous portions and so many sauces and flavors to savor! Plus it's fast, healthy and very reasonable price - about $10 unless you want some great upsells - like braised lamb! The only slight criticism is that the atmosphere is not very cozy but its clean and modern. The food makes it more than worth it to go!

We love to try new places around town, this time we ended up at Cava..the service was less than friendly in their greeting and taking your order. Everything is made there- Meaning- they are not sponsored by Coca Cola Brand/Pepsi, Vitamin Water etc..So they do however have their own Brand of sodas in various flavors- Root Beer, Cola, Ginger Beer (spicy) Other cold pressed juices, BUT * Here's the gem the "juices" they have are absolutely amazing! Drawback is it was kinda "expensive" for just two of us- and 1 drink- they do have really great food- I don't want to seem like it was bad, the food was very very good. I did a build your own bowl, so that way you can get what you like (they tailor for you) Vegan Options as well! Tofu, and other options available. So if your just wanting to have a "open sitting / Outside Seating" comparable to Chipotle setting. If your up for a good meal, and just want to treat yourself. Cava is the best bet for you. I would go in just for a drink- the Blueberry Lavender & Cucumber/ Mint (I mixed both) it was so very tasty! Refreshing, and we did enjoy our meal. ...

I was more than satisfied with the quality, flavor, and even presentation of my order. I have enjoyed CAVA before (catered event), but this was my 1st dining in.

We had a late lunch, early dinner, and maybe 4 other diners were already there and eating.

Most of the tables were empty but hadn't been wiped down in what looked and felt like some time. Dried on food and drink rings on the majority of them. We fined in for at least an hour. The staff did ask if we were finished and cleared our table afterward, but the other tables were still not wiped down.

The staff was "robotic." Little to no eye contact and kept their heads down for the most part, monotone scripted greetings and in a rush.

The parking seemed ample, and the outside was clean and well maintained.

I will definitely try CAVA again, but at a different location for...
