Wendy's — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I took a couple days to write this but we'll never step foot in a Wendy's again!! Here's why, drive-thru was backed up around half the building so we decided to go in to order, the girl taken our order couldn't even speak correctly nor did she know how to even run the register, I had to repeat my order a number of times and the cashier had to keep getting the manager to help her take our order. By the time our order was done, 3 other customers were behind us. They had the same issue ordering. While, the second person was ordering the cashier got so frustrated and stormed off running her mouth so then here comes the manager taken orders, here is the thing though. The manager completes taking the 2nd order and the 3rd persons order but not the 4th person order. The 4th person stood for 10 minutes then finally left but then her boyfriend came in trying to understand from the manager why the order wasn't taken, no answer from the manager. So while all this is happening we're waiting on our food for over 15 minutes. Than we see the customers behind us get there food so we're like what's going on?? We ask about our food and the manager says after 15 minutes it deletes the order "which is a horrible system that's in place" so we asked for a refund and the manager said I can't give a refund. So we left a name and number for the GM to call us and never heard from the location, 2 days later we go by there and get our money back... at this point I will be getting ahold of that GM myself and I would love for the CEO of this company to...

I cannot believe the craziness that was going on at this place today. I feel like I was actually robbed by the drive thru. They were taking orders by paper because the speaker was not working. That's no big deal. I waited inline for 25mins to get up to the window. Also this not a big deal. The woman at the register read back an order that was not mine and quickly went to fix it and get the correct order cooking. That's when the boss showed up by the window and it became crazier than a Jerry Springer episode. Yelling and screaming at employees (window was wide open). 3 minutes later I was tossed a bag of food by the same boss lady. She was on the phone at this time and not hearing anything I am saying. When I tried to ask for my drink the glass was slammed shut. It was after that I found out the food was not mine. I had to get back to work that is why I didn't go in the store to confront these people. Never again will I go to this place. I payed alot of money for my order and never got to see any of it. They stole my money. After all that, I also was never given a receipt. One woman took my card for payment. Another handed it back and was trying to apologize for what was happening in the background. Worst Wendy’s ever. I came around about 10:30PM after working and decided to grab some late dinner. The Drive-Thru was empty and the menu signs were turned off. I assumed that since both the doors and online stated that they were open until midnight that the Wendy’s should still be working as the lights on the inside were also on. I pulled up and waited for ten minuets, saying “hello?” every-so-often in case I might simply not have triggered the sensor to the folks but I never got an answer. After another few minuets I decided to go as cars were starting to come up behind me. When I went around the side of their building I found the ENTIRE staff team out front smoking cigarettes and hanging out. Apparently they believed that if they turned off the menu lights and put away their headsets they could play hooky from work. I can’t believe this store and the unprofessional and disrespectful service they did. This night team lost several customers tonight due to their negligence to their work.

I will NOT be returning to this location and I now have a very negative view of Wendy’s and how unreliable the staff is here. I will be telling my friends not to use this location anymore as this was...
