I usually only come in when Crissy is working!! I hope your chain realizes the waitress you have. She does her job with integrity. Always smiling and seems happy to be there . i have waited a few times for food. She always checks in and get refills without me asking. Crissy tells me how much longer I'll be waiting if food is taking awhile. Communication is everything!!! Crissy shows the true definition of HOSPITALITY!!! She belongs in fine dining not at Bob Evans on Brook Park rd!!!
Appreciate the employees you have. The weekday waitresses to !! Those girls care!!! The blonde manager I don't see her do anything during the week to help those waitresses or the cooks. Bent over on her phone or sitting and eating!!! Come on these girls get paid the bare minimum!!! Help and support your employees!!! These girls run wicked with no support!!! What is this manager getting paid for???!!!!! I never had a reason to complain Until today!!! I see the whole picture now!!!
Maybe bc Crissy cares and I didn't see really the issues until now!!! there's a problem. It's managers and the lack of care who you have to serve your customers and knowing the job. The lack that they don't care if they have a returning customer or not The lack that your manager does nothing and gets paid more then these servers. Sad. Maybe the weekday girls should retrain your blonde manager about customers and service.
I brought my family in this morning. Even knowing Crissy's schedule. I usually only dine in during the week and ask specially for her!! I won't be back on the weekend and I'll wait to bring my kids when they're on summer break for her service.
This guy server is a dope!! Waited at least 10 minutes to have him come get our drink order. I don't know what he gave me but it was not a mocha. I had to repeat the orders because I don't think he knows the menu!!! Frustrating that I know your menu !!! Two servers brought us our food. Not our waitor. He never came back for drink refills or even ask us if we liked the food. The server that looks like crissy that's works with her during the week got us our drink refills and check. She's a keeper!!! If you want continuous business even on the weekends make sure your staff and managers care about the job they do.
I don't leave bad reviews but I see now that I only enjoy eating there bc one a waitress is the show. Those week day waitresses work for themselves. The manager could care less and it shows with the idiots working on the weekends and that MANAGER. Fix your issues. Care about the job you do. Since this is a chain restaurant I'm hoping the big corporate people will see this review and take action. Your waitresses deserve to have support. I don't know how Crissy is working for this location. That male waitor and blonde manager need to be replaced. Quantity is not better...
Read moreI would like to write a review about an employee at this establishment. The employee's name is Tim. He's a younger gentleman who is always up at the front behind the counter/register area. Not only does he deserve a pat on the back for his EXCELLENT customer service, but I believe he should recieve an excellent consumer review as well. I work in the area of Brookpark at a luxury establishment. Often times, my team and I order food from this specific Bob Evan's and it is because of Tim's politeness, cheerful demeanor and wonderful customer service, as to why we keep returning. We are officially on a greeted name to name basis as I am constantly picking up to-go orders or dining in. He is very friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient (which isn't always the easiest thing to be in the hospitality industry.) Keep up the GREAT WORK, Tim. You are appreciated more than you know! It's people like YOU who can turn someone's whole day around. I hope you also carry these wonderful attributes throughout your daily routine IN and OUTSIDE of your place of employment. You will go far in life. Also- I am currently eating at this establishment and my waitress in VERY friendly and polite. I called the restaurant before I went to ask them to questions, I had a coupon which I couldn't figure out how to apply it online, and I had a free mocha with an order over $15 which mine was. The girl I spoke with at the restaurant it was approximately 6:15 p.m. and she said she didn't know how to apply either one to ask the girl that brought my curbside out to me. Got to the restaurant about 6:55, called the number I had to, to let them know I was there. The girl came out approximately 7:05 I asked her about applying the coupon I told her what they had told me when I called, she said she didn't know anything about it or how to apply it she didn't think it was good on a pickup order I showed her with my phone that you can use it three different ways eat in, carry out, or delivery. Again she said she didn't know how to apply it so then I asked her about the mocha well hurry up and tell me what you want because it's cold out here, was her response. I felt like saying well maybe you should have dressed for the weather at least have long sleeves on, she went in was gone for about 10 minutes come out with my mocha and I said thank you so much her response was yeah and she walked away.
