The service is fantastic and the knowledge of the products and services runs deep. I was impressed by the attention to detain in measuring and fitting my ball. The measurements were repeated and not rushed. The first fitting was nearly spot on and the final adjustments made the fit perfect. I am a novice in bowling, so maybe this is normal, but I am convinced that this is the way it should be done.

I witnessed the team interacting with other customers. They were assisting in ball selection to meet a specific skill level. They suggested a few options that would do for now and as the skills improved. Great no pressure, factual approach to selling.

I was out of league bowling for about 15 years and decided to get back into it. Naturally I wanted a new ball but didn't know where to go. I'm not the greatest bowler in the world, I carried about a 200 average when I did bowl so I knew enough not to go to just anybody. I wanted a Hammer ball and Custom Fit was rated as one of their Gold Plus pro shops and I read a good review online so I thought I'd go there. I found my new pro shop!! I don’t get the hype. I got a ball recommending that gives me nothing different than what I had. I relied on the pro shop to direct me in right direction but seems like a Jam me in a ball, make a sale. Watched me throw about 6 or 7 balls, didn’t talk through the process well explaining the whats or whys I should get a certain ball. Oh well, not the best $225 I’ve spent but...
