This place is very unprofessional I ordered a pizza on line at 8:30 pm for delivery it was suppose to be delivered at 9:30 pm I called at 9:53 and asked if my food had left out for delivery when the manager on duty named Crystal told me that door dash had pick it up at 9:26 pm I explained to her that I didn’t order for door dash !! Crystal said she.had no delivery drivers and so she just door dashed my order .. I asked why didn’t someone let me know that cause I could of just came to the store and picked my order up since I live near the store , she said that what she did was company policy I asked her what about a security risk for the customer and if I wanted door dash I could of done that my self .. she was apologetic and said she would refund me my money which was 67.70 but it would take 3 to five business days.she also asked if she could remake my order ? I was upset because of the hour and 45 minute wait that I refused, she said to call back the next day and talk to the general manager which I did today I spoke with another manager named Jodi he said he could offer a 15.00 credit that’s about it along with my refund I asked about if the offer still stood with me having my order remade he said he would let me speak with the Gm which was Jada she got on the phone very rude and very unprofessional by saying I was offered what I was offered yesterday and that today she would not remake my order and that they had already been very generous with giving me a full refund and a 15.00 dollar credit , I asked her I didn’t receive my food yesterday and the reason I decline having my food remade was because it was very late and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready she wasn’t on I said that’s all she gonna do and hung the phone up in my face. I couldn’t believe that a general manager would not do the right thing in this situation considering that this is not my fault at all and that I have to wait for my money to go back on my card so someone tell me the only thing she wanted to offer is a 15.00 credit that’s a insult and I spent 67.70 they will not see another penny of my hard worked money.. Read moreI received the utmost disrespectful conversation with a general manager. I originally called to verify the ingredients that was on my Italian deli boat not only did the person fail to mention the tomatoes and lettuce I verified if there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce and she said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that I should have said that in the first place. I reiterated that I wanted to verify the ingredients on my meal so I'm not crazy and order something I didn't want. There was no reason for the disrespectful response. pretty much after the dry sarcastic okays and awkward silence, I mean at least a "I apologize for the issue with your order"..whatever anything to show customer service properly.I respectfully told her that she has a lack of concern and customer service but before I finish my sentence I was disconnected. I did call back to talk with a higher up but got the I am the manager and no one else is above me. Wayyy too confident because there's no authorities. I found it from corporate that this is a franchise. I got nowhere with this location. It was a "well so what moment" from them. I did get my money back from door dash so I definitely didn't need to have an attitude because I would already be taken care of by door dash. Read moreI am being forced to give two stars because the company deserves at least one extra star for being revolutionary in allowing me to literally order my food with two text messages at a 20% discount. This is where I have to draw the line though.
It took two hours and 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive but by the time we saw it arrive on the camera, we had already left the house to get food elsewhere. At 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called the store to find out the ETA, and the man who answered the phone sounded like he was in the type of mood to do something extremely unpleasant to our food if I was to put up a stink. So He said "The food just left" and I said okay thank you.
Well, he obviously was not truthful with me and I don't know why he couldn't at least be honest. I probably would not have been disappointed enough to write this.
This is all my fault though. I shouldn't have been so lazy. I should have been more open to hand crafting that authentic pizza I had sitting in my freezer made by the famous Jack. Sprinkling on some parmesan and oregano after the oven baked it to a beautiful golden brown.
I could have made my family happy. I could have been a better man. I could have been a stronger man. I could have actually just been a real man. But instead I failed everyone around me and let them go hungry.
