Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brookhaven

Tried to use a $25 Papa John’s e-gift card purchased from Costco. The Brookhaven location is listed as a participating restaurant. Ordered the food online (can’t use the e gift card online- doesn’t make sense). Went to pay in store with the printed e gift card and the worker didn’t know how to redeem it, nor did the manager who yelled at me several times “online only”. It doesn’t work online. So I had to pay at the store and could not use the gift card. I complained to the corporate number and they opened a case then closed it a few days later marked as store manager resolved issue. No contact was made with me. So I opened another complaint and they closed it again as resolved - no contact with me. The only way to use the e-gift card is to call their number(which is a call center overseas) and place an order over the phone to redeem 1 $25 gc at a time. I also heard roosters and other farm animal noises while ordering over the phone....

We tried it twice- ordered online and picked up. We will go back and keep trying new items. 1st time: cheesesteak pizza and cheeseburger papadilla. The papadilla was out of this world! The pizza was okay. 2nd time: cheeseburger papadilla, bbq chicken papadilla, and garlic parm wings. They called us after we ordered to let us know they were out of pickles for the burger papadilla. Much appreciated, We okayed that but when we got it they put the sauce on the side also. Just wasnt as good as the first time. Chicken papadilla was very good. Especially dipped in the ranch dressing provided. The wings were not packaged properly and leaked all over in the car ride home. Like 1/2 cup of oily sauce all over. The wings could be cooked longer so they aren't as fatty. Overall...

I am very skeptical about this pizza place. I called the number listed for Brookhaven site, a lady answered and took my order, told me the pizza specials which was three topping large pizza and wings for 23 dollars+ so I ordered that. I provided my full name, address, and credit card information to this woman and she stated she attempted to put the charges in 2 times and they failed. I called back to give her my credit card number and a different t person answered and stated she had no recollection of my order. She thought it could have been a call center, however she wasn't sure. That is ridiculous and very scary especially since I gave private information to someone. Bad...
