I was very disappointed. I’ve seen everyone trying the fufu and I wanted to try it too. I asked for fufu and egusi. I told them this was my first time and I was every excited. When I got their they bagged fufu and cassava leaves. I’ve tried cassava leave before didn’t like it. I took my food home. When I opened the bag I was very upset. I literally drove all the way from Mankato MN. (1hr and 30minutes) and I asked him before I left “are u sure this my oder” I was in a rush and the bag was tied up pretty good and my car was running so I just took it home (another 1hr and 30minutes) I should checked but I didn’t. I had to through away the whole food because I don’t like cassava leave and u can’t just eat fufu by itself . 😢spent $19.34 Ow and plus...

A friend told me about this place but warned me that the service was ridiculously slow. I should've heeded his warning even more.

I ordered my food on the phone. The person who answered told me it would take 20 minutes. I waited a few minutes extra before leaving just to be safe. When I arrived there were a couple people waiting for their orders and it seemed as if my food hadn't even been started. I waited another 25-30 minutes for my food to be done. The food itself, however, was delicious.

If I ever order from this place again I'd definitely wait a lot longer before heading over to pick my food up, but I'm much more likely to just try other...

Don’t come here! I had a few different issues, but the last incident did it! There food is not good! They gave me the wrong stew thinking because I’m African American I wouldn’t know the difference than didn’t want to give me my money back! Go to African Deli instead, if African Deli is closed go to Royal Cuisine instead, if Royal Cuisine is closed go to Value Foods by the BP police station! Stay away from this place Taste of Africa there food been in the freezer not fresh or cooked daily! Than it’s $17 for one...
