Re: Quality of Customer Service • 1ST: It was difficult to give a STAR Rating as experiences of Customer Service varied.
Evening Experience • I have experienced helpful and pleasant Customer Service in the evening.
Re: Salad Bar • Okay. • Not an All-You-Can-Eat salad bar.
Day Experience • In the times that I have been in during the early day, it has been sub-par. • I did not know the size of something so I asked. • The look of frustration came over the individual’s face. • I thought the individual was just having a bad day (eyes rolling, etc). • I let it go.
Another experience (same individual) assisting at the counter-register. • All events below, happened on a same day visit. • I ask the question of if there a larger quantity size of an item was. • Again, Eyes rolled and had to get the manager. • Manager informed that the next size up was a party size and it contained “x” amount of pieces. • The individual at the register then said, Yeah…that is why it is called a party size. • Again, I let it go.
Re: The Fountain Drink Machines-Customer Service • 1 of the water tabs sticks. • Thus, resulting in water pouring everywhere. • When notified, the individual again…showed frustration in voice and face. • 1 of the Coca-Cola buttons does not seem to work and/or gets stuck.
I was given a cup for a water, no lid fit the cup for the water. • Took the cup and water up to the counter…. • Same individual became irritated that I was requesting a cup that would fit a lid. • Requested to speak to a manager. • Female Manager approached. • She told me if I wanted a different cup, like the cup my pop came in but smaller…I would have to pay for it. • She ended up giving me a Styrofoam cup (not environmental friendly) to use for my child water that had a lid to fit it; said these were the to-go cups. • I stated it was for my child. • My child is Special Needs-Needs to have a cup with a lid and a straw. • (i.e: Small Cups are used to serve you 6 bread sticks with purchase but cannot be used for water so that you can have a lid on it) Re: Pizza • Okay. Decent. • Large portions. • We have always had to take home extra unfinished pizza.
Re: Pasta Dishes • My opinion, the pasta dishes are on the smaller side even when you order the large portion size that they offer.
Re: The Up-Keep/Cleanliness • Generally okay. • Okay for families of children to dine-in. • On 1 of the days that we had visited, there was a group of individuals that pushed the tables together. • The individuals left the extra unused chairs in the middle of the floor-walk way space; • staff did not move the chairs until almost the party of individuals were leaving.

Read moreThis is my first time ordering here. The food is a bit pricey but I wanted to give it a try. The pepperoni was too thin, the outer crust was very dry and the inner dough was too soft as if it feels like uncooked. However the meat like chicken and sausage were exceptionally soft and fresh. Aside from that the jalapenos was dry too so i didn't feel like there was any taste to it.
What i did like was the friendly customer service. The person at the drive thru was very nice and pleasant so that made the pick up very enjoyable even though I had to wait for a bit. Overall I would say I would come back again but not often because of the price.
Update 05-19-22 I wanted to give an update and adjust the stars for this pizza restaurant. I recently order from here again because i had a such a tasty pizza from my previous order that i wanted to try it again. I really like the flavoring and the taste of the sauce of the pizza. Since my last order i started eating out more from other pizza places and i have to admit away from the chains pizza places i have found that all other pizza places pretty much have about the same price and i was being unfair to rocky rococo when i said that it was too expensive. I have found that Rocky rococo is very decent in pricing and it really is a deal when it comes to the whole package like the premium feel of the pizza box and the fresh and tasty ingredients. I also like the piping hot temp it's much better than other place. I have even try plenty of other premium pizza places and i think rocky pizza is much better. I think ill be back...
Read moreI really hate doing this because I love Rocky's. But I'm mad. I have been going to Rocky's for 15 years. This is my favorite pizza place. But today there was a snafu with an order and it wouldn't go through and the coupon I used on it "disappeared." This was a coupon I had on my account after I had already ordered a pizza because I was checking my rewards and saw it in my account. I decided my boyfriend could take a pizza home with him.
I got a call while I was heading to the restaurant and they said the order failed(?). What? So I was told to re submit. I tried once I got to the restaurant. The coupon had disappeared. There was confusion at the pick up window. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. So basically they had already made a pizza and I told them to keep it. I only ordered it because I thought I had a coupon on my account. This coupon that I had just seen and submitted an order with just disappeared into the ether. I took the other pizza I had paid for and left.
Because the employees couldn't take care of an issue or refused to, you guys lost out on a $20+ order and wasted a pizza. Great job alienating your fan base. You might want to re think your strategy and be like hmmm maybe I don't want to scare my long time customers away, a $5 coupon is nothing for continued business. (Especially since there is a coupon flyer on the boxes that have $3 off a large pizza... Not a big leap.)
Also egregiously, my motherlode pizza was missing large patches of cheese. It's not the motherlode if it's...
