Love the food. The parking is terrible and I do not know if that is a reflection on the business or the city but there are potholes on entry and exit and they are big and dangerous. 🤬

Now back to the point, the communication can be a bit quiet but if you “kill them with kindness” they are receptive and tend to smile back. ♥️The main lady is so beautiful and she is so attentive even when she answering the phone, packing an order and ringing out. Great at multitasking. For real. For real. I mainly go in the back for the restaurant. I love thé quality and quantity of the food. When I visit home, I always get enough to travel out of state with and it never fails to survive (🤣) and still taste like it was just made. The drive is usually about 7 hours so that is example of how well the food is prepared to last that duration in a traveling car.

The service is very bad and slow. The heavy set lighter skin women who takes the orders is rude, very poor customer service and a bad attitude. I was able to tolerate the rudeness because the food used to be very good and consistent. I believe they changed cooks because the last 3 times I’ve ordered food from them it’s been terrible no flavor only spicy. The last time I went I tasted the food when I got in the car and it was horrible. I wasn’t gonna take it back but a friend convinced me to. When I went in to exchange or return the food they gave me a lot of attitude and told me I should have asked to try it before I bought it. Although she knows me and knew I’ve been ordering and bringing people there to buy food at least twice a month for like 4 years now. After going back and forth she allowed me to switch it out for something else. Never ordered food...
