
I use to enjoy coming to this place along with buying Tea for my co workers until tonight. As someone who works in retail no matter what’s going on I always assure the best customer service. For example when you care about your customers, you’ll always treat your customers with the common respect how you would want to be treated.
Love was very disrespectful. I called asking if I could place an order over the phone because I work next door. At work she could give me a long explanation as to why she couldn’t do it when I not only had customers yet she didn’t care but wanted me to jeopardize my position because she couldn’t do something five seconds on the phone. I had a customer who was stuck in the cold because of a flat tire. Yes my company policy doesn’t necessarily allow me to do that service but guess what, it’s •19 degrees outside and the young lady was by herself. Do you know what I did, I stopped to help her because it was the HUMAN thing to do. In the midst I was trying to order two hot Chi Tea because of the weather outside.
Instead of LOVE being a human being with compassion she wanted to be sure I didn’t get any customer service at all. Even after going to her in person and I explained the situation of the customer in the cold she then stated well “I am refusing your service you can leave”. She throws the 20 in my hand all because I told her that if it were her, i would’ve actually provided the service because it was the HUMAN thing to do.
I deal with customers and work hours where I can’t just up and leave my post nor did I expect her to. I asked for a simple order while I was helping my customers and she wanted to happily argue just to refuse my service.
Customer service comes with dedication and care and the fact that this wasn’t displayed and she wanted to use the Policy to be nasty instead of actually doing her job. Doing a job is one thing but LOVE went above and beyond her duties just to not only express she didn’t want to have the human care to even supply the customer service portion of her job. The service was inadequate and even as a snap back she then tells me well you can send someone else to order im just not taking yours.
So not only you have zero customer service care but you are also telling me to invite another person to come to your establishment and you couldn’t even show me; a paying customer your human side and refused service for both myself and for the customer I was getting the Chi for because of the cold?! Absolutely not in fact after this I’ll be sure more people are well aware how HUMAN TII CUP TREATS...
Read moreWe purchased a couple of bubble tea drinks and fried items (popcorn chicken and fried calamari) and came to pick it up. Within 5 minutes or so of picking up, we realized that they had got our order wrong. We were given two bags of chicken instead of calamari and chicken (that was purchased). Instead of an apology for getting our order wrong, they took almost 20 mins to complete our correct order (calamari) - and requested that we bring back both bags of chicken. As a customer I am going to want to eat my snack... why on earth would we wait for 20 mins before we can start eating it. And no apology was given to us for their mistake as well. There was a tone of questioning our complaint as well which was unacceptable. Do we not have better things to do but lie about our order and waste an additional 30 mins of our own time to get the order right?
We were reprimanded for not bringing back the second bag of chicken (duh we ate it??) and during Covid-pandemic times, do you want your customers to return an uneaten bag of chicken? Seriously??
Just ridiculous.
At the risk of sounding too biased, the bubble tea is great, but the service could use Work. Wasted 30 mins, got reprimanded, no apology for an incorrect order, and overall an unpleasant experience except for the good tasting tea. Geez!!! Quite a laughable experience to be...
Read moreI came in today ordered two drinks the avocado snow and yin Yang I received my advocado snow but no yin Yang but a small brownish drink instead , this drink was for my mother so of course she wants her order correct . I ask for her drink to be remade they charged me 6.95 additional tho I gave them their faulty drink back untouched and un drunken in it original condition! I stood up and said I demand not to be recharged due to it being a mistake. She makes the drink promptly full of ice 4 to 6 sips for a large drink my mother cried because she waited all day for this drink because she is finally feeling better after havining pneumonia. This past month their was no apology and my drink was sat down robustly on the counter tho she had the opportunity to hand it to me and apologize for the inconvenience after already waiting through the first initial transaction I come her often but today I felt betrayed descriminated against and unhonered my avocado drink was great but after that experience no way this woman shouldn’t be humbled . But I won’t hold my breath for her to be a better person towards all when no one’s looking it called...
