Wendy's — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

Tried this Wendy’s out tonight (11/2) at 11:01pm and did a mobile order. Everything was fine and the food felt hot which was good thing. Until I pulled to the parking lot to check the food out and there were sauces missing and toppings on the food that I paid an additional charge for, also missing. Noticed another car in front of me also had to pull in the drive through again as the workers forget their frostys.

When it was my turn to get to the window, there was a white male maybe the manager? Standing at the window. I told him the issue and asked if they could just toss it on top but they declined so I settled for the topping on the side which didn’t even amount to the extra I paid for. Missing sauce was Buffalo so I also asked for that and was told “ it’s company policy to charge 30c for extra sauces “. Even though I paid for these in the app already and was just asking to receive what I already didn’t get the first time. Worked closed the window half way then proceeded to go to the corner with a black older female (regular floor employee) and she proceeded to say “ what mobile order “ behind the closed window and bad mouthing for me to hear WHILE getting mad at the fact that I’m asking for what I paid for. This would’ve never happened if they would’ve got the order correct in the first place. Customer service is hard sometimes, I get it, but that was terrible customer service and could’ve been such an easy fix. I wouldn’t have a problem if the manager could actually manage and this wasn’t the first time this happened either which is disappointing and the only reason I went around the drive through again to get it fixed. I give this Wendys 1 star! Today I went to This location around 930-950 pm and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu and chill cheese fries and I was asked if I wanted my crispy chicken sandwich spicy home style or grilled and I picked home style not knowing that they thought I ordered the chicken sandwich from the main menu , so I pulled up to the the drive thru window and ended up paying 7.72$ so I found that confusing because a crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu is about 1.69$ and chilli cheese fries is about 2.69$ so I knew something was incorrect so I told the employee working at the cashier that I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu not the chicken sandwich from the main menu and that employee insisted that I order a spicy chicken sandwich and I told her no I wanted the crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu so the employee went to who I think is the “manager” I don’t know if she was it just another employee but she had reddish purplish hair with black and , and this employee was super rude she didn’t even offer to give me a refund and charge me for the correct item I wanted she told me it’s to late that they already had my order ready and she gave me my items and closed the window I would of gladly accepted a refund and rebought the correct item I wanted and I would of even waited in line again but nope she told me that I was done and she refused to give me a refund and told me it was to late .
