WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM --LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMESTO GUEST COMPLAINTS!!! I ORDERED MONGOLIAN BEEF, NOW ON THEIR MENU IT STATED THAT MONGOLIAN BEEF HAS ONION, PEPPER, CARROT, CELERY & SCALLION SO THAT IS WHY I ORDERED IT. I GET HOME AND OPEN UP MY FOOD AND I SEE BABY CORN, MUSHROOMS, WATER CHESTNUTS, SNOWPEAS --ALL WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THEMENU BECAUSE IF IT WAS I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED IT FROM THE BEGINNING. I CALLED UP THERE AND TOLD THEM I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, GET PASSED ON TO PERSON AFTER PERSON WHO WAS VERY HEAVILY ACCENTED SO I ALREADY KNOW THEY ARE NOT COMRPEHENDING WHAT I WAS SAYING. I GET A MGR I SUPPOSE AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER THE CORRECT FOOD TO MY HOUSE., MINUTES LATER I GET A PHONE CALL BACK FROM ANOTHER PERSON TELLNG ME THAT WHAT I GOT IS MONGOLIAN BEEF. IT WAS BACK AND FORTH WITH PHONE CALLS AND TELLING THE ENTIRE FAMILY AT THE PLACE THAT WHAT I READ AND RECEIVED IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. AFTER ONE HOUR OF EXCHANGING WORDS OVER THE PHONE I FINALLY GET TO EAT DINNER WHICH WHAT WAS THE POINT I LOST MY WHOLE APPETITE ARGUING ABOUT MY FOOD THAT I ORDER. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE FOOD I HAD THE MENU IN MY HAND AND THE ORIG. FOOD THEY GAVE ME TO SHOW THEM THE DIFFERENCE. THE GUY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO LLOK AT THE FOOD THEY GAVE ME INCORRECTLY BUT KEPT ON SAYING THAT LONG TIME AGO, ON THEIR MENU IT WAS SUPPOSE TO SAY ALL THE STUFF I HAVE READ AND "MORE" AFTER THE SCALLIONS. AND THAT IS MY FAULT BECAUSE????? Y'ALL SHOULD HAVE REPRINTED A NEW MENU TO AVOID CONFUSION. HE THEN REPLIES "WELL PEOPLE LIKE IT THIS WAY" WELL BUDDY I'M NOT THOSE PEOPLE AND I KNOW WHAT I ORDER AND THAT IS WHAT I EXPECT, YOU CAN'T JUST GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF PROTEIN AND STIRY FRY VEGGIES AND CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT! FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT AUTHENTIC CHINESE OR WHATEVER CUISINE THIS IS I SUGGEST ELSEWHERE BESIDES THIS PLACE. NOT TO MENTION THEY TOOK THE ORIG FOOD THAT THEY MADE FOR ME INCORRECTLY JUST SO THAT THEY CAN REHEAT IT UP AND SELL IT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ORDER! Read moreSo today I was looking for a Chinese place to order food from through Uber Eats. I came across this business and figured I would give it a try. After about 10 minutes, to my surprise, this company increased my order total by almost $12 for no reason. I had no extra modifications that would have altered the price in any way, nor did I have any extra add-ons to accompany what I had ordered. This is extremely bad business, as the prices that were listed on the site should have been honored. Then the worst part is, after I told Uber to cancel my order, then they go and tell me they canceled it and was going to charge me almost $23 for canceling. I am extremely unhappy with both of these businesses right now. I will definitely be telling the hundreds of people that I know, not to order through this restaurant or through the Uber Eats app EVER! If there was an option to give it zero stars I would have. This first time experience has been absolutely ridiculous, and businesses should not be able to operate in this manner without consequences...
Read moreI ordered the Szechuan Chicken last week and was in ‘Heaven’! I’m traveling for work so I decided to go back on Sunday and decided to order more Szechuan Chicken for my lunch and dinner!! The quality was horrible compared to my first order last week. The only thing I noticed is a different cook ~ last week lost of fresh veggies and chicken and a delicious sauce!
