Sun Sun Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cleveland

I ordered 80 dollars worth of food to be super sick and disappointed. The crispy noodles and shrimp chips were super stale. The pieces of bourbon chicken were super bland and too big. The vegetables were nothing other than huge pieces of peppers gross. The food made me super sick and upset. The crab sticks were foul and a waste of money, the pot stickers were not tasty or satisfying I doubt it was even pork, and didn't even come with proper ponzu sauce, just like an oily sauce that didnt even stick the food and wasnt even flavourful. and the prices for a la carte and combination platters were all the same price so you're essentially forced to buy a large amount of anything on the menu and pay the same prices when they don't all come with the same stuff. They gave me crispy noodles instead of chow mein as part of the combination platter which is not right at all for the price you pay. Overall super disappointing and dissatisfying. Waste of 80 dollars that I couldn't even afford when I was starving and they were the only late night option. Never again. Sorry I...

The food was great and in a very good portion. However everything else about this restaurant is wrong. I walked in and was seated. Like every Asian restaurant I have been in, I expected to see won ton soup. I was not disappointed when I saw a kettle and plenty of bowls/cups right in the seating area. I was not served won ton soup, nor was I asked if I wanted any. When the waitresse asked me what I wanted to drink and I said coke, and she said is Pepsi fine. I did not mind. She handed me an unopened can of Pepsi. No cup, no ice. Just a plain can of coke served to a customer in a restaurant. Not acceptable unless you are a gas station. No Asian background music playing, just a tv playing 5 news. I felt like I was in the elevator. I'm honestly disgusted at the service and the quality of the food itself. I spent 40$ and not even gonna eat it or want to and is a shame. #1)......... they delivered my food and it wasn't even what I ordered. I ordered 2 general tso combos.....and they brought me 2 sweet and sour chicken combos. Tried to talk me into it saying oh you don't like sweet and sour chicken? That's not the point, I ordered specific food and expected to get what I ordered....... #2)......... The food was absolutely disgusting, and the literal worst Chinese food I've ever had and will never go back or recommend them to anyone the rice was gross and tasted funny.
