Hardee’s — Restaurant in Brookville

I was traveling from Dayton Ohio To Richmond Indiana and made a stop at the Brookville Hardee's inside the flying J plaza.I ordered a Frisco Burger Combo and the place had no business at all..and I recieved my food approximately 60 to 70 seconds later. I paid neat 9 dollars for my meal.. as I headed down the road "dashboard dining " because of my schedule to keep and appointment..I noticed the burger and fries were old and cold but being pregnant and hungry.. I ate it ..when I arrived in Richmond for my appointment approximately 20 to 25 minutes later..I became violently ill..cold sweats nausea and violent diarrhea..almost soiling myself..and continued for hours.Upon arriving home ..I called that Hardee's to let them know and they did nothing to console me..only made excuses..and I was trying to tell them they needed to make sure food was hot and fresh and the manager assured me that everything is made to order..no way he makes a Frisco burger and fries in 60 secs??? I don't think I will eat Hardee's again if this is how you treat customers.We matter. WE ARE YOUR...

My husband and I picked up Hardee's for lunch today. We ordered the hot ham and cheese sandwich, chicken tenders, fries and two apple pies. The drive-through experience was great - not too long of a wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. Onto the food... The ham sandwich was so good. Tasty and hot! One major flaw though - there were two spots of mold on the underside of the sandwich bread. I just cut them off. The other food items were excellent - fries were crispy and plentiful, chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the apple pies were the best we have had from any fast food place (beating out McDonald's and Burger King, in my opinion).

Overall, we would have given a 5/5 if there were no mold on the bread. Despite this, we would still recommend this location. Lunch was overall quite enjoyable...

Made our order, waited for over a half hour but was told some piece of equipment was down and they had to grill the burgers and that was the hold up. Then when they attempted to assemble our burgers, discovered they was out of bacon and expected us to keep our same sandwiches but with no bacon. Clearly disorganized behind the counter, not busy at all yet table's were still disgusting and while the staff was friendly, they seemed to expect an awful lot of patience for shortcomings. Ended up getting a refund and went next door to McDonald's. I'm glad we are from out of town and won't be frequenting this particular establishment again. Oh, and they lost the guys order who was ahead of us. He was still waiting...
