We visited this afternoon and it was very, very strange. The wait for our food seemed quite long, and we decided to eat outside on the patio since the weather was nice in the shade. As we were waiting for our food a delivery truck drove up and more or less blocked us in, but we hadn't gotten the food yet so no big deal--we thought. The door to the patio was the exit (apparently the whole place was one way?) and we saw that we couldn't go back in that way. That was fine, but when we tried to go back in the front entrance for some dipping sauce for our fries and a drink refill, it was locked! We waited a bit more and ate our fries (minus any kind of ketchup, etc.) and tried to go in to wash our hands after eating as well as throw away our trash since the outside trash was very full. Nope, the building was still locked. This was at 1:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday! I took a picture of the sign (next to the "exit" door from the restaurant to the patio area) showing the posted hours. We finally ended up making a 10-point turn to back out (and go the wrong way) in order to leave the parking lot since the delivery truck was 5' from the back of our vehicle and blocked us leaving any other way. (Picture for proof.) It was hands down the most bizarre fast food experience we've ever had, and while the food was fine, the rest of the experience was not. We won't be returning.

So I have learned if the door seals itself shut, it would be easier for me to just give up. Because that experience was was like it was fate trying to prevent me from having a burger today as everything attempted to stop me. After literally me and one other from the inside finally wedged the door enough to finally open, I was greeted with... No one, the whole kitchen was all-hands-on-deck for the drive through, they completely ignored me and one other person at their counter for a solid five minutes, if not more. Eventually, they had no more cars and finally decided to assist the kitchen. The wait literally made a few just leave during lunch hour. Once we got our food, it looked cold, tasted cold and if it had a personality, acted cold. Jack should have stayed in the box, here.

Fries were cold and they hid curly fries in the bottom to make the container look full my burger was cold and the bun was stale and hard cheese wasn't even melted very very disappointed. I figured after 20 years I would try this place again after saying I would never go to Jack in the box ever again after paying $8.00 for a chicken sandwich in Hawaii 20 years ago. It will be another 20 year before I try this crappy burger joint again. Same old shit different Jack in the box worst food ever

Placed an order using the Jack app - when we went to pick it up, the store was closed! An employee in the store said they had been closed for 2 hours. My account was charged for the order so I called the next morning and spoke to John, the manager. I was told I needed to speak to the district manager about getting a refund. He took my info and promised I would get a call back. Two days and no call back later, the charge on my account moved from "approved" to debited. I once again called the store and had the unpleasant experience of speaking to Kelsey (sp?) who said she was a manager. She was irritable, unhelpful and rude. She informed me the only way I was going to get a refund was to come into the store with a receipt to prove I had actually made the purchase and verify my identity. Ironically there wasn't an issue charging my account without me being there with an ID! I ended up hanging up on her and calling another location in the hopes of finding someone who would help me. As luck would have it, the elusive district manager answered the phone at the other store! In the end, I called my bank to dispute the charge and less than 5 minutes later I got my money back! At a time when restaurants are struggling to keep their doors open and their employees working, I will take my business to other places that put customer service first and treat their customers like they value...

The order was wrong, the bacon Swiss burger had no swiss cheese and was completely dry! The teriyaki chicken bowl had very little sauce and I asked for an extra side of sauce that I never got. We live about 45 miles from this location and went through the drive thru so didn't notice the order was wrong and the burger was missing one of the main ingredients until we were too far to go back. They also didn't give us some items that we paid for. The guy working at the drive thru was straight up rude, pretty much tossing me our bag of food! He closed the window and walked away so quickly I didn't have the chance to ask for ketchup and napkins since we didn't get any. I sat there waiting for him to come back to the window for almost 5 minutes. When he finally came back he opened the window and just glared at me not saying one word. When I asked for ranch, ketchup and napkins he said nothing, closed the window and walked away for a minute. I wasn't sure if he was getting our stuff or what. No one was behind us so he wasn't in any hurry to help! It took about 5 minutes for him to come back, still not saying one word, gave me a dirty look as he handed me my requests. I will not come back to this Jack in the box and highly recommend you stay away...
