The only thing they got going for them is their pizza here. All their technology is out of date, gas pumps, registers. If you need a receipt for your gas at the pump (for those with fleet vehicles who have to get to get them) forgot it. YOU CAN NEVER GET THE RECEIPT AT THE pump anymore, it's "Please go inside and spend ridiculous amounts of money on our overpriced items and see cashier for receipt". I have never had such a problem getting a receipt at the pump except for this place. I got gas in my fleet vehicle a few days ago and needed a receipt and of course I had to go inside to get it, and as I start to walk toward the store I am informed by a patron walking out that they had to close the store because the registers weren't working. I've noticed they have lots of issues with registers as well. The station is in bad need of a facelift and updated everything. The only reason I visit this place is its convenient factor of where it's located. The other gas stations in the area are hard to get in and out of but I would avoid this...

After i paid and placed my order, i get a call from "Cory" saying "uhh the kitchen is closed." We told him that according to the website, it should be open until 11:30. But ok. I asked if i would get a refund because he could not make my order. Cory said "uhh, i dont know" EXCUSE ME?!? REALLY? So now im out 38.04 and no dinner! And guess i will have to call to find someone who knows what they are doing to get my refund?? If you are gonna close that early, you should have either the ability to refund money or know who to speak to or at the very least the skills to speak to a customer professionally. Using foul language while I was checking out and simply not providing the customer service experience I deserved to experience. I had to reach across the counter to his side of the counter to get the merchandise I had just paid for. I have not been back due to this interaction.
