Firehouse Subs Brownsburg Village — Restaurant in Brownsburg

Good subs with a nice selection, horrible service. The brisket sub is very good. The service at this location is lacking though which makes me reluctant to come here. Recently I tried to call ahead and could not get an answer. When I arrived at the store they stated they had forgot to turn the phones on. Today I tried to call in an order, I was asked to hold for a moment. Ten minutes later, no one picked up. Walked to the store and there was one family there. Employee said he forgot to pick back up. Four employees and no one can take an order when they are very slow. Barely even got an apology with my order. If it was my store I would have at least thrown in a bag of chips. PS... Wow. 20/10. 5 gold stars. This Firehouse Subs was amazing. Lets start from the beginning! When I walked in this place was spotless! I can’t stand going some place and it’s dirty (ex. Tables/seats/floors). Next was the amazing staff. I never got his name but some kid (kind of short) long brown hair that had taken my order and was beyond what we consider customer service. For real this is also big considering most people hate where they work and his vibes were great. Last but not least, the FOOD! I got the Italian and when I say this thing was picture perfect, I mean it. One of the best sandwiches I ever had from a Firehouse Subs (and I traveled a lot). Went there for my first time last night. At 8:40 now they close at 9. Open sign on an door open. I waited several minutes before anyone came out. So I stayed what I wanted then the little girl called for someone else just to tell me they was closed. I said really sign on door open and website gave me a different time. His response was well we put everything up already. I said lock the door and turn off the open sign. He can’t because of the alarm. Now if this is the owners practice cause you want them out right at closing time or the workers fault but either way not a good look.
