The pictures may not be the best, but this bread is definitely the best Mexican bread I have ever had in the United States. I live in Austin Texas and we are always trying breads, let me tell you that it is the best without a doubt. We were in a hotel in South Padre Island and we went to this place, because we passed by it, the next day we made the trip there again to take our breads home. If you are in the area, do not hesitate to stop by, it is so cool and everything was delicious, especially the Pan de muerto!! Thank you and God bless those hands that make the bread.

These conchas are the softest conchas I ever eaten. I regret not getting more, lol. The other pan dulces are good as well, too. This bakery is small but it's gets packed, so the parking lot is small enough for 3 cars to park. I had to park over by the place next to the easy taco restaurant.

The bread was good, nothing extraordinary compared to others. There was one that I got that was overly sweet, and I did take off all of the topping, but otherwise, still delicious. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the price. O.M.G... I was NOT expecting to pay so much for the amount I bought. I didn't pile up the plate and it wasn't even fully covered, but I spent almost 20 😭💔 I could get the same amount for less at another bakery. Overall: good bread, but expensive. It's the only reason I won't...

who doesn't know Amaro's. Don't know Brownsville., very traditional bakery. Rich flour tortillas, especially the rich taste of homemade bread. and incidentally, I do not forget to buy the order of dorados taquitos with pork skin from the restaurant next door. since 20 years. In another country, another city. as I miss texas just for the rich Mexican flavor of amaros bread. Good attention. I...
