Full disclosure, I am not looking for money back or to have my meal replaced, just want the person(s) responsible for the most disgusting thing that was done to me and my family.
Had the most terrible customer experience at this location on Valentine's day. Went through drive through, ordered close to $40.00 worth of food. After finishing our meal, I'm collecting all of the trash to throw it away in our trashcan and when I get the drink carrier that was given to me at the restaurant, I find a bloody (dried blood), complete animal tooth. I go back to the restaurant and explain the situation and show them the tooth that had to be placed by an employee at the location. They tell me that they would look into it and call me back the next day. At around noon on the 15th, I had to to call them back and find out what they knew about my situation. The person who answered my call that day told me that he was the supervisor but that no one had told him the situation. I eventually received a case number and for me to follow up with a company called Sedgwick to find out what their "investigation came up with". When I called the company Sedgwick, they told me that they had no claim number that matched what chick fil a had given me. Ten days later, on Saturday the 24th of February I had to go and talk to a manager on duty that morning and had to over the whole story again. It's been 14 days (TWO WEEKS!!!!!) and still no supervisor to explain to me what they have found out as to who would do such a disgusting thing to me and my family...Apparently my family and I are not important enough for a supervisor to call me up immediately after the incident...
Read moreA box of nuggets was missing. On my way back I kept calling the store and no answer. Drove up back into the line. I explained the issue to the employee and she asked for my receipt. She talked to another employee about the issue and advised me to move forward to get the missing item. Once I got to the window , no one knew I was there to pick up my missing item. A manager approached my vehicle and asked for a code. When I’m close to the drive thru window, I hardly have service. Well I was able to show him my email of the order and he kept asking for a code. I told him he can clearly see I wasn’t able to get in my chick fil an account. Then he asked why didn’t i call the restaurant to let them know I was missing something and I told him I did and showed him my call log of all the times I called and no answer. Then he said to move forward and wait on the box of nuggets. I waited almost 10 minutes and an employee comes to my vehicle to hand the box of nuggets and tells me “my manager said for you to have the code next time!”. I responded “tell your manager to next time give me what I payed for. How am I getting an attitude from the ones that messed up my order!? The rude Managers name was Adrian. The first time I went for my order, the manager Sam took my order. Oh another thing! Everything...
Read moreI have always loved chick fil a and for the most part I have had great experiences at every chick fil a I've gone to. This chick fil a, however, has given me, what tasted like, old nuggets on several occasions. One time I even had to complain because the nuggets just tasted old. Other than that this chick fil a has been great and my most recent visit was probably my best one.
Edit: So admittedly, I've been going here a lot recently and it has made me remove a star off this this review. The drive thru staff, specifically the girl who puts everything is the bag, is terrible. They tell you that they put everything in the bag. They actually assure me, and don't even give me the opportunity to make sure because theres already an employee in front of your car trying to get you out of there. When I get home I'm missing stuff and this happens 4 out of 5 times. Recently they placed a new girl at the drive thru and she has been the one who is doing this. She's a little rude and straight up lies to your face about putting everything in your bag. When you ask her for some extra sauce just to make sure she gives you an annoyed look. I'm not usually one to complain about missing sauces but when it happens so often, and it's always the same person you have to...
