Slow Curbside Service, Incorrect/Missing Sauce, No Taste Drink
This was not the first time they ignored the sauce(the one which cost money, not those free ketchup) of my Whatacatch Dinner/9 pcs Chicken Bite whatever I placed the order by the app or directly from dive thur. They usually put the "standard" sauce(Tartar for the fish, Gravy for the chicken bite) into the box without looking at the real order. I usually choose Honey Mustard or Honey BBQ instead, but I never receive it if I don't double check everything before I leave. Sometimes they don't even give me any sauce(like this time. I ate it without any sauce cuz I stupidly trusted them this time). So Terrible!!
If I decided to do curbside pickup, it's more Trouble. I usually need to wait more than 10 mins to receive my order, whenever I arrived before/on time/after my pickup time. Also I will need to walk into the store to ask for my sauce every time after they brought my order out to my car, because they would "run away" immediately without giving you time to check your order. Or you must ask them to stay while they are passing you the order.
They Sweet Tea & Lemonade taste like water too!! I don't know if they are running out of sweet tea & lemonade or just don't wanna make some new one during midnight. (next time I will remember to take picture of the "water" drink to show you guys)
Those problems above are not by mistake for sure, cuz I have given them many chances before posting this review. It's almost 100% happens to me. However, since I off from work late, there is no other choice for me to get something fast with better food(or I better get the cheap McDonald's instead).

Me and a group of friends walked into this location to have dinner together , since Whataburger has always been a great place to socialize, thought we couldn't go wrong.
I ordered the Sweet&Spicy Bacon Burger , and ask for a ranch on the side. I simply say "Ranch" , not "Fat-Free Ranch". I get Fat-Free Ranch with my order, and fries that looked and tasted old. We grab our cups and head over to the drinks station and find that there is no ice. A minor inconvenience , yes, but as someone that works fast-food too, it should always be a top priority to keep the restaurant fit to customer needs. It's common sense , you don't want to make it hard for customers to access things like this , and through that, you prevent the crew from having to stop what they are doing to accommodate the customer.
I ask for my burger with no mustard, and find that the buns are smeared on one side , and as luck would have it , my friends chicken tenders happen to be sitting on a liner smeared completely with mustard. (the paper inside the tenders box) Not one bit on corner , I mean completely smeared.
Perhaps it was out of the control of the crew and the managers on shift , maybe they hadn't gotten the restock yet, but overall the experience was a quite distasteful one. Then i took bite out of my burger & the top bun was soaked & soggy. My burger was replaced with np. All the while i was waiting on my milkshake & when it arrived it was watery. I politely told them about it & showed them. They explained they had just put in mix, but yet served it like that. I was told it would be 2 min. & to sit bec they would take it to me. I almost finished my meal and no shake. My husband went to ask & they had forgotten about it & told him they would tk it right away. He came to sit & a diff employee came to us to ask the size, we told her & she left. Min later a diff employee comes & brings a smaller size than ordered & payed for I told her again the size & offered receipt so she again leaves & a diff employee finally comes with the correct size, finally ready as i finished my meal with no drink!
