Whomever the franchise owner is at this location has failed their employees and the customers. Morning cashier Paola acts like the sauces she gives you are taken right from her check, as if asking for sauces will make a break the business. I asked for a receipt and was told the restaurant ran out of paper. When I asked to cancel the order since a receipt will not be provided Paola magically found a roll of receipt paper. I asked for strawberry jelly and was told they don't have any. Be cautious as this location's drive thru menu prices are different than what the Cashier charges you. The owner was already provided this information and vowed to fix it and hasn't in the 3 or 4 months since bringing it to their attention. The owner of this location is clearly pinching pennies and has placed enough fear in his employees to try and offset these costs with there actions. I feel sorry for Paola, her Manager and all her coworkers that put up with this behavior from their employer. Edit: However, too much of this food will kill you. So the better the customer service and overall experience, the higher the likelihood that you will die from fast food related illnesses. Corporations know this and they don't care. They know this food is bad for you but all they care about is profits. May the Lord give them a conscience. We get to the window and of course the guy again with his attitude charges us 7.45 for a burger and fries with no drink and no receipt. Sure enough my husband says I bet our order is wrong, I still give him the benefit of the doubt and wait till I get home. I get home and yes, our burger has mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
