Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brownsville

This place has the WORST service of ANY Dairy Queen I've ever visited. I will NEVER eat there again! They don't ring up your meal as a combo. If you order something with bacon that doesn't normally come with bacon, you don't get it because it's not breakfast hours and they're not serving bacon. So you can't order many of the burgers with bacon that they have on the menu. When asked that question you get looked at with a blank stare. I ordered to combo meals, both large size and receive only one fry and one coke. Then I'm made to pay extra for the other fry and coke. Even after stating that I'm always given the senior discount at every other DQ, they don't even give the discount on the other fry and coke I'm made to pay for because the order taker didn't ring it up correctly. This is the ONLY fast food restaurant located in Brownsville, KY and they obviously get by with very loose service requirements. What other choice does one have? Unless you're starving to death, you're better off going somewhere else. They really need some major intervention at this location. WORST treatment I've EVER received at ANY Dairy Queen I've ever visited. Will NOT go back EVER and I advise anyone else in the area to make other choices until this place learns what customers mean...

I got my food my cheese curds where rubbery almost and chewy it was discusting and the gravy for my chicken looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot🥺

Not only do they have all these quality issues they replied to my post with a copy and past response with no thought I wonder if they even took the time to read it or if they just saw 2 stars and pasted there favorite oh I'm sorry please come again response in it... I am highly dissatisfied and have dropped it to 1 star I also saw many other reviews for the same issue with the gravy it's not thay hard people don't scrape the bottom just use the pup when it runs out make more

Update 2: time and time again my experience is less then par I still never have a good visit for food but I will say they arnt bad if your going only...

Problems with consistent quality affecting most of the menu but especially blizzards. Sometimes, all of your drive through order will be great. Sometimes, borderline inedible. Over the last six months or so they have completely lost the capacity to make a Blizzard properly. Promotional recipes are a mystery. The add-ins taste stale or damp. Too little flavoring or add-ins for the ratio to ice cream. Insufficient mixing, probably the biggest problem, which makes the rest worse. It’s really just a waste of time and money every occasion, even if you ask for it to be remade. Other DQs in the region are able to make it right, why can’t this one?
