Subway — Restaurant in Brownsville

We have always loved subway. We used to eat there all of the time because it's close to our house. Lately it has gotten aweful. Tonight my sandwich was completely wrong. You can't see what meats their putting on your sandwich now. But that isn't really the issue because mistakes happen. The issue is one of the women who work there. I would say her name but I don't know it and don't care to know it. She's been there a while and has long brown hair on the heavier side like myself. She's just plain rude. She's been rude to some of my family members and tonight she was huffy and puffy to a older man because he was looking at the menu to decide what he wanted. If you are no longer happy with your job you should find a new one. I've worked customer service most of my life and that is uncalled for. It's one thing to happen once in a while because people have bad days but this happens everytime we go in and...

Not a half bad sandwich shop. Most of the stuff is made well and tastes relatively fresh. I advise always getting things warmed up rather than toasted - but that's just me. Usually quick but when you gotta wait it's gonna be a little while - so if you see a line, plan on ten minutes or so.

Updated as of 1/20/2022 Still a darn good sammich shop. The new owner/proprietor is a good dude and the staff seem to be overall happy. Good pricing and the veggies are crisp and fresh. And the bread always yummy....

Subway in Brownsville, KY used to be good, but not anymore. The sandwiches are always prepared sloppy and the bread is stale. But, the worst thing about going in there is the manager, or think she is. She has dark brown hair, heavy set and she is always the rudest person I have ever been around.
