El Charrito — Restaurant in Brownsville

Very disappointed! TODAY, Im pretty sure they were understaffed with one cook running the kitchen at a busy lunch hour, but they should have at least warned customers that the food was going to take 40 + minutes to be done. My whole lunch hour was wasted and I had to go and get a burger at a drive through. I will never be coming back to this establishment again. If you have one hour for lunch and its mid day, steer clear, better go eat somewhere else where they dont have one slow cook, and poorly...

The waitress was great, but the OWNER at the register was absolutely horrible. If you go to this place, just hope you don't catch the owner in the same attitude as he was today. Horrible attitude! After I was skipped in line, and I brought it to his attention he went on a rampage. Threw money at me, then proceeded to use foul language against my family. This has been the only time I've written a bad review, and it is absolutely justified. Left feeling disrespected, and verbally assaulted....
