Sams Memorial Stadium — Attraction in Brownsville

What sucks is that this is a great place to go safely jogging when it isn't being closed down for an event. The hours suck too. They open at 7am and close at 5pm.

The excuse is that "there is no money" to keep it open after hours. If the public pay taxes to have that stadium up and running, it should be available to the public. Also, I thought "football is a moneymaker" . Obviously not or it would be open to the public because there would be funding to pay someone to survell. The area after 5pm.

Very unhappy. Every year that we play at this stadium they never have enough food or drinks for the amount of people that show up for the game. As far tonight it was 7:05 and they had ran out of water. That was bad it was very hot to be with no drink. By half time they no drinks.
