Pressed button multiple times, to get a response from an angry female on the speaker, asking us ,"what is your problem? Why are you beating up my button?"

1st of all, we pressed the green button multiple times, to attempt to order and never got a response. We, the customer, assumed the speaker was not working, so we pressed it multiple times just to get an aggressive response from this female employee.

2nd of all, a nice greet and maybe respond with, "we will be right with you!" Or give me a few moments please!", as soon as someone presses that green button, instead of making the customers believe their old speakers do not work, and allow them to press it multiple times. Mind you, the green button does not light up so your customers assumed it eas not working, and attempted to press another speaker on another parking space.

Franchise owners of this establishment need to look into their employees and train them for customer service, otherwise, your establishment will lose more service and end up closing, especially during this inflation. Having 2 vehicles in your establishment waiting on their order with our family being the 3rd, allows us to believe that this is the reason this establishment has no customers and losing service.

To the young female answering in the speaker, find yourself another job if this is not what you like to do. Maybe go back to school and get your diploma/GED or a degree so you won't have to deal with a...

I ordered first two banana splits to carry out that were delivered to me then I ordered 2 grilled chicken burger combos and after me and my wife opened the burgers the bread was sloppy and wet with a very liquid white sauce also the chicken patties where small and won’t cover all the burger buns. The burger combos took a while to be delivered so I asked the lady that delivered the order if the two banana splits could be replaced for two new ones since the ones that I had were melting after the wait for the burger combo orders (it took a while) and she said that since the banana splits were ordered before the burger combos it wasn’t their fault and could not be replaced. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with tator tots. The sandwich and the tots were hot as if they were freshly prepared. I also ordered a bacon and cheese burger. It too was very warm. It had been a while since I stopped.at Stars, but I'll be stopping more often.

I stopped again on Friday June 11, 2021. I ordered the same thing. Again, the food was warm and tasty. The fries were perfectly salted.
