Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Brownsville

I Don't even know where to start My family orders from fox's a lot and it's always a bigger order. Tonight I called to place my order My husband noticed that it's the same person that we said if she answered we wasn't ordering anything because of her attitude. I still go ahead and start my order she is very ignorant and has a attitude problem. While placing my order she kept saying is that all now or omg I can't find it. Finally get done with my order she tells me a hour for pick up ok no problem. A little over a hour I go to pick up the food and there was 2 lady's working a taller short haired blonde with a attitude problem and then a short black haired lady. The blonde asked what order was mine with a attitude and raising her voice after I told her she then proceed to tell me that I needed to go sit down that i shouldnt expectedit to be done in a hour when its a big order. At this point she was yelling at me with her bad ass attitude and I finally said you do not need to talk to me like that or have a attitude with me. She then raised her voice again at this point I said I am not paying for this I will take my business somewhere else she then laughed. I walk out and I go back on ask to speak to the owner. The short black haired lady said she was the manager and she was sorry and I said I'm a paying customer I don't deserve to get talk to the way she talked to me and yelling at me. When I know she isn't the owner cause the one time the owner was going to send her home because of her knee or leg. i will never spend another $1.00 there. And I hope no one else gets the disrespect I got. So I left without the food nor paying. The only thing the shorter black haired lady could say is she's sorry that they had someone quit today. Well no wonder why. Maybe the short haired blonde should not be working with the public if she constantly has...

After being completely faithful to foxes pizza in Brownsville they have now lost customers. We order there almost once a week for a quick meal on practice days when there’s not much time to cook. Not only have they messed up so much the past few months , but the last time I picked up my food the employees were fighting in front of me instead of worrying about my food. Today we did yard work and decided to get salad and pizza and the lady was extremely rude on the phone and when I called back to say I didn’t get a pickup time the response was a rude “idk 35 minutes I think” so I told her to cancel my order and I’ll order elsewhere since she is terribly rude and she THINKS my food will be done in 35min. That really pushed us to stop going there. On a bright note I called little joeys had the most pleasant worker on the phone take my order. She was respectful and kind not miserable and rude. And it was nice actually receiving food that is good and not low quality. Not sure what happened but ordering from foxes won’t be in our future anymore it’s only seemed to go down hill for us. Little joeys will be the new go to for sure. The owner is great and wants not good for her establishment since I have spoke to her in the past. But these employees have ruined our experience there with service and food quality lately. Hopefully things change but as of now our weekly pizza will...

There was an older lady and a long haired gentleman in the store when I came to pick up my order. My girlfriend called and placed the order and said she didn’t leave her name just her number. I went to the counter and the gentleman said “number on the order?” I said we didn’t leave a name just the number as I proceeded to say exactly what we ordered (there was 2 orders sitting there, I could literally see my order) he looked at me rolled his eyes and raised his voice and said “WHATS THE NAME?!?” It must have been in the system from a prior time…how did I know that? And as I’m walking out the store, he starts yelling at the older lady about door dash orders. Very unprofessional and RUDE!!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location…makes me not want to order here…only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the order was filled fast and in a timely manner. Probably deserves 1 star. The dude at the counter is giving your business a black eye…I would seriously consider holding this guy accountable. Sorry to the owner of this shop. I don’t mean to spit on your business but it’s unacceptable to be treated like a dog when you’re a loyal customer for years. Thanks...
